Saludos comunidad ,hoy les traigo este sabroso plato que realice hoy para la familia ,buscando salir de la rutina diaria de la comida de casa asi que fui al mercado y compre 1.1/2kilo de carne para parrilla de manera de realizar un buen plato .

Greetings community, today I bring you this tasty dish that you make today for the family, looking to get out of the daily routine of eating at home, so I went to the market and bought 1.1 / 2kilo of meat for the grill in order to make a good dish.

Al llegar del mercado tome la carne y la adobe con oregano en polvo,salsa de soya,ajo pisado, un toque de sal mas dos cebollas en aros la cual deje reposar por unos minutos con el fin de que se zasonara la carne bien.

When you arrive from the market, take the meat and adobe it with powdered oregano, soy sauce, crushed garlic, a touch of salt plus two onions in rings which let it rest for a few minutes so that the meat is well cooked.

Mientras la carne se zasonaba con los condimentos pase a cocinar mi arroz conjuntamente con la realizacion de mis arepitas,y tajadas,.
Despues pasaria a realizar mi ensalada de repollo blanco y morado acompañado de cebolla y tomate con un toque de aceite , una cuchara pequeña de azucar y mayonesa y sal al gusto.

While the meat was zasonaba with the condiments, I started to cook my rice with the realization of my arepitas, and slices. Then I would go on to make my white and purple cabbage salad accompanied by onion and tomato with a touch of oil, a small spoon of sugar and mayonnaise and salt.
