Faltaba madurez procedi a realizar el proceso de prepararlo para que se madura atraves del metodo de la sal,
Como pude observar uno de los aguacates al moverlo me percate que la pepa se movia eso me quiere decir que el aguacate ya estaba en su proceso de madurez asi que procedi a colocarle sal en la punta para luego envolverlo en palpel grueso y asi colocarlo en un sitio donde pueda mantenerse en calor asi que pase a ubicarlo en el horno.

Ya despues de dos dia pase a revisar mi aguacate y me lleve la sorpresa de que ya mi fruta estaba lista para asi que pase a picarlo este tipo de proceso de madurez del aguacate es muy efectivo no falla

Avocado has become a part of it babies meal so glad I have learnt something new, i would definitely give it a try... no more stressing over unripe avocado.
