Viernes de intervalos 200 mts 😎🔥.

Saludos runners!!!
ENGLISH VERSION
Hello runners!
Interval Friday. I don't usually train on Fridays, but since I couldn't do my interval training on Thursday and I was available on Friday, I didn't think twice about going to the stadium to do my training. Today I arrived a little later, and the stadium was empty, almost as if people don't feel like training on Fridays. For this day, I had planned to do short intervals, since I had already done a long one during the week, and we need to diversify speeds, routes, and difficulty in order to get stronger and get out of our comfort zones. I started my training with the corresponding warm-up, running four laps around the stadium. I hydrated and started with the intervals, setting my watch to guide me with the exact distances and recovery times. I set 30 seconds for today's 15 sets of 200 meters.
I started the first sets, maintaining an average time of approximately 56 seconds per 200 meters. Halfway through the training, I recharged my energy with a guava snack and increased my rest time. I breathed, relaxed, and continued with the last part of the training. When I was on number 10, the idea of stopping crossed my mind, but I told myself that if I didn't complete the exercise as planned, there would always be an excuse. It didn't matter if it took me longer, and so it was. By the last one, I had almost no energy left and did the 200 meters in 1 minute, but I was happy because I did what I had planned. When I finished the workout, I hydrated and relaxed. I was still completely alone in the stadium; no one else ever showed up, and my husband is traveling, so I was very lonely, but thank God I felt safe, and the weather was nice. I am grateful to myself for completing the planned workout.
