Como estoy en un tiempo de preparacion, hoy junto a mi esposo nos fuimos hacer el entrenamiento en esta ruta, y en un horario que no es el habitual para nosotros. Me senti bueno suoer ligerita en los primeros kilometros, manteniendo mifrecuencia cardiaca, ya que la idea era estar en zona aerobica, y debido a que me sentia muy bien la frecuencia cardiaca se mantuvo en rango a pesar que llevaba velocidades mas bajas que por la ora ruta como haymas desnivel y es mayor el esfuerzo la frecuencia cardiaca se eleva mas rapida. Hoy mifrecuencia cardiaca se mantuvio en 135 ppm, a ritmo promedio de 6:15 min/Km.
Fue una gran eleccion tomar esta ruta en este dia, ya que estaba bien concurrida la avenida, si que estan todos activos deportivamente, parecia una fiesta deportiva, me encanto ver a muchos corredores que tenia tiempo sin ver. Un maravilloso clima nos acompaño en este dia, si que disfrute volver a esta ruta en el horario de la tarde. Seguimos entrenando, preparando una buena base, y ajustando tecnicas.

Wednesday afternoon. Today I remembered my beginnings in running, when day after day I would go out to run this route to the coast in the afternoon. I remember how I progressed with each kilometer, when I was just starting out and already felt like I couldn't do it. Without a doubt, it was a tough time that had to be endured in order to consolidate myself over time, and today I am grateful that I didn't skip it, that I am here and didn't give up when I couldn't go on, when I stopped and asked myself if I would ever be able to run smoothly, without so much pain, without feeling so helpless at not being able to go any further. And today this route is one of the easiest, as it is the flattest in my city. And today I say that I am returning to this route because lately I have been jogging in the mornings on the other side of the city, which is more hilly.
As I am in a period of preparation, today my husband and I went to train on this route, at a time that is not usual for us. I felt really light during the first few kilometers, maintaining my heart rate, since the idea was to stay in the aerobic zone, and because I felt so good, my heart rate stayed within range even though I was running at a slower pace than on the other route, where there are more hills and the effort is greater, so the heart rate rises more quickly. Today my heart rate stayed at 135 bpm, at an average pace of 6:15 min/km.
It was a great choice to take this route on this day, as the avenue was very busy. Everyone was active in sports; it seemed like a sports festival. I loved seeing many runners I hadn't seen in a long time. We had wonderful weather on this day, and I really enjoyed returning to this route in the afternoon. We continue to train, building a good foundation and adjusting techniques.
