Today I share with you my homemade pizza recipe, ideal for a dinner, and especially if we have children at home, they love pizza a lot, it is a very attractive homemade meal for them.

Para la pizza casera, para ello necesitamos los siguientes ingredientes

For the homemade pizza, for this we need the following ingredients

Estas cantidades es para una sola pizza grande donde pueden comer muy bien dos personas.

These amounts are for a single large pizza where two people can eat very well.

Preparación

En un poquito de agua tibia coloca 2 cucharadas de azúcar, y la levadura, dejar reposar hasta que crezca la mezcla. En un bowl mezclar los ingredientes secos , agregar la levadura ya preparada y el resto del agua, amasamos bien hasta que la mezcla se despegue del bowl, dejar reposar por dos horas, estirar y dejar lista para la pizza, dejar reposar 1 hora mas.

In a little lukewarm water place 2 tablespoons of sugar, and the yeast, let stand until the mixture rises. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, add the already prepared yeast and the rest of the water, knead well until the mixture detaches from the bowl, let it rest for two hours, stretch and leave it ready for the pizza, let it rest for another hour.

Para la pasta de tomate necesitamos

• 2 dientes de ajo
• 1 cucharada de azúcar
• 1 Cucharada de sal
• 1 Tomate maduro
• 1 cucharada de pasta de tomate

For the tomato paste we need

• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 spoon of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 ripe tomato
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste

Licuar todos los ingredientes, con un vaso de agua, y cocinar a fuego lento por dos horas.Armar nuestra pizza y podemos adicionarle lo que más no guste nosotros teníamos salchichas y le agregamos a la pizza.

Blend all the ingredients with a glass of water and cook over low heat for two hours. Assemble our pizza and we can add what we don't like the most, we had sausages and we added it to the pizza.

La llevamos al horno por 15 minutos y lista nuestra deliciosa pizza casera

We take it to the oven for 15 minutes and our delicious homemade pizza is ready
