Dia Domingo, hoy realice el entrenamiento largo de la semana, mi favorito de todos, ya que lo disfruto muchisimo, contemplando el paisaje, distrayendome con los sonidos de la naturaleza. Para el dia de hoy sali con dos amigos runners, ya que mi esposo estaba muy cansado. Salimos hacer el entrenamiento a las 6;00 am, fuimos conversando los primeros kilometros mientras calentabamos, hablando de nuestra semana, y las proyecciones de carreras en los proximos meses, todos sin carreras definidas solo mantenimiento. Un clima muy agradable nos acompaño en la ruta, mi amiga y yo mantuvimos casi el mismo ritmo, el amigo luego nos dejo solas el fue mas rapido. La ruta que escogimos para este entrenamiento una ruta comoda, poco transitada, claro por el camno nos encontramos varias personas en estado de ebriedad, asi mismo como varias personas activas deportivamente, caminando, en bicicleta, trotando.

Mantuve en este entrenamiento control de mi frecuencia cardiaca, como esta ruta tiene algunos desniveles, cuando sentia que subia algo la frecuencia cardiaca, bajaba la intensidad y respiraba mas. Lleve mi hidratacion y snack para hacer la ruta de manera agradable, dandole su combustible al cuerpo y asi no terminar tan agotada. Ya en los ultimos kilometros aprete un poco mas el ritmo. Fue un entrenamiento agradable, diversificando asi la compañia, muy importante trotar tambien en grupo ya que esto nos anima aun mas, y por su puesto en rutas muy agradables como esta. Al llegar al punto de partida, descansamos un poco, comenzaba a acer una llovizna, y aparecio un hermoso arcoiris en el cielo, si que la naturaleza nos da hermosos regalos. Y aqui vamos cumpliendo con los entrenamientos basicos para mantenernos activos.🙏🏽🙏🏽

Today, Sunday, I did my long run for the week, my favorite of all, as I enjoy it so much, contemplating the landscape and distracting myself with the sounds of nature. Today I went out with two runner friends, as my husband was very tired. We set out for our training session at 6:00 a.m. We chatted for the first few kilometers while we warmed up, talking about our week and our plans for races in the coming months, none of us with any specific races in mind, just keeping fit. The weather was very pleasant on the route. My friend and I kept almost the same pace, but our friend left us behind as he was faster. The route we chose for this training session was a comfortable one with little traffic. Of course, we encountered several people who were drunk, as well as several people who were actively engaged in sports, walking, cycling, and jogging.

I kept track of my heart rate during this training session. As this route has some inclines, when I felt my heart rate rising, I slowed down and breathed more. I took my hydration and snacks with me to make the route more enjoyable, fueling my body so I wouldn't end up so exhausted. In the last few kilometers, I picked up the pace a little. It was an enjoyable workout, with a variety of company. It's very important to jog in a group as well, as this encourages us even more, and of course on very pleasant routes like this one. When we reached the starting point, we rested for a while. It started to drizzle, and a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky. Nature really does give us beautiful gifts. And here we are, completing our basic training to stay active.🙏🏽🙏🏽
