(ESP-ENG) Sandwich de Tortilla de papas 🥪🥔🥚 // Potato Omelette Sandwich 🥪🥔🥚
Hola mis amores buenas tardes cómo están? hoy les traigo una receta sencilla para un desayuno o cena de fin de semana pero aquí tienen primero su cafecito ☕ y vamos ahora sí.
Los ingredientes que vamos a usar son:
- Pan
- Huevos
- Chorizo ahumado
- Aliños
- Papas
- Natilla
Lo primero que debemos hacer es separar nuestros huevos, los partimos y echamos en un recipiente, en este caso usaremos solamente 4 huevos 🥚🥚🥚🥚.
Lavamos, pelamos y picamos en rodajas nuestras papas 🥔 y las freímos.
Freímos nuestros chorizos y una vez que ya tengamos todo listo, procedemos a mezclar nuestros huevos, con los chorizos y papas, le agregamos un poco de aliños y una pizca de sal y llevamos al sartén a cocinar a fuego lento.
Una vez que esté lista nuestra tortilla, procedemos a sacar del sartén, mientras se reposa un poco, la picamos en slice y vamos preparando nuestros panes, lo abrimos, le agregamos nuestra natilla y le ponemos nuestras porciones de tortillas y listo.
Así queda nuestro sandwich de tortilla, esto queda delicioso, se los recomiendo mucho, gracias a todos los que llegaron hasta Aquí, feliz domingo 🤗😘☕🌞.

The ingredients we are going to use are:
- Bread
- Eggs
- Smoked sausage
- Dressing
- Potatoes
- Custard
The first thing we must do is separate our eggs, crack them and pour them into a bowl, in this case we will use only 4 eggs 🥚🥚🥚🥚.
We wash, peel and slice our potatoes 🥔 and fry them.
We fry our chorizos and once we have everything ready, we proceed to mix our eggs, with the chorizos and potatoes, we add some seasoning and a pinch of salt and we take to the pan to cook over low heat.
Once our tortilla is ready, we proceed to take it out of the frying pan, while it rests a little, we slice it and prepare our bread, we open it, add our custard and put our tortilla portions on it and that's it.

Guaooo que sabrosura amiga, se ve delicioso y fácil de preparar, en mi caso se me hace algo complejo cuando llega el momento de voltear la tortilla , siempre es un desastre porque se me parte, gracias por compartir esta comida ideal para un domingo, recibe mis saludos y afectos.
Te puedo aconsejar que uses otro sartén para voltearla rápido y así no te se te parte mi niño. Y cuando la vayas a sacar pones un plato llano como tapa y volteas el sartén y listo te queda la tortilla en el plato 😃👩🏻🍳
