Hola mis amores, buenos días y feliz domingo de descanso familiar para todos, aquí primeramente les dejo su respectivo cafecito porque ajá, hay que atender a la visita ☕☕☕.
Hoy vamos a preparar y aprender un delicioso Dip o crema de ajo con cilantro,esto va muy bien para pasapalos, con pancito, galleticas, casabe o hasta en una buena pasta 🤤😍😋.
Los ingredientes que van a necesitar son:
- Natilla.
- Ajo pelado.
- Cilantro.
- Mantequilla.
- Pan.
- Sal.
Para comenzar con nuestra preparación, primero vamos a tomar una sopera o un mortero y vamos a machacar nuestro ajo que quede bien machacado.

The ingredients you will need are:
- Custard.
- Peeled garlic.
- Cilantro.
- Butter.
- Bread.
- Salt.
To begin with our preparation, first we are going to take a soup tureen or a mortar and we are going to crush our garlic so that it is well crushed.
Tomamos una sopera, agregamos un poco de natilla y le añadimos nuestros ajos.
Picamos muy bien un poco de cilantro y también lo agregamos a nuestra mezcla de natilla y ajo y por último le vamos a añadir una pizca de sal, revolvemos todo y le vamos agregando poco a poco más natilla.
We take a soup tureen, add some custard and add our garlic.
We chop a little cilantro and add it to our custard and garlic mixture and finally we will add a pinch of salt, stir everything and add more custard little by little.
Ya una vez que tengamos nuestro Dip listo, lo que hacemos es picar pan, servir y degustar.
