Took My Baby To The Pediatrician: Helping Him Reduce His Skin Irritation

Hi folks!
This past few weeks, I noticed some red insect bite-like spots on my baby's tummy.

At first, I thought they would fade away quickly.
But weeks passed, and the marks remained on his skin.
Also recently, my baby has become more sensitive to mosquito bites, which turn red and sore very quickly.
So as a concerned mom, we took him to the pediatrician.

The doctor carefully examined him, confirmed the bites, and prescribed medicine to soothe his skin and reduce the irritation.
He explained that what my baby was experiencing was an allergic reaction.
He told me that certain foods, like chicken and eggs, can sometimes cause more irritation on his skin, especially since I am breastfeeding him.
So the doctor advised me to avoid giving him these foods for now to help reduce his skin irritation and allow him to heal.
After that, we left the clinic and headed to the pharmacy to buy the medicine prescribed by the doctor.
We picked up some cetirizine to help with my baby's allergy and a soothing ointment to heal the irritated skin.
When we left the clinic, it was busy with other kids too, each with their own health concerns.
I hope that they all get better soon just like my baby.
With proper care, these bites will heal soon. 🤞🏼🌸
Until our next comfort...
Thanks for the visit! Have a lovely day. Buh-bye. 💗🌸

Poor little thing. Hope he gets better with the prescribed treatment.
Keep him away from mosquitoes as much as possible.
Yeah. That's our goal as of now. Avoid mosquitoes as much as possible, which is hard in our place because we're near the rice fields. 🥴
I hope he gets better and stronger
Yeah, pray for him, that's a great help. Thanks. ♥️
I feel for the baby, hope you feel better soon. Sending love and prayers to you baby...
