A Fantastic Time With My Boy: Take Him Outside Instead Of Spending More Time With His Gadget
Good evening, moms and dads!
I'm happy to be with you again, sharing a fantastic time with my boy.
Today, we have beautiful weather, so I decided to take my son outside.
We went upstairs where the sky was clear.
These past few days, I started to notice that my son was spending more and more time glued to his gadget.
He would ignore everything else around him, and his interest in real-life adventures was fading.
It also makes him impatient and a bit aggressive.
And so as a concerned mom, I decided that it was time to intervene.
So yeah, that's one reason that I bring him outside and explore.
I encouraged him to discover the joy of real-world experience.
There he found new games to play, exploring with the outdoor objects around him.
I also encouraged him to explore the leaves by giving them to him.
His curiosity took over, like he was discovering hidden treasures beneath the leaves, lol.
After that, his hands get dirty.
But it's fine, at least he realized that the outside world was full of fascinating things waiting to be explored.
I also noticed how his face became brighter, and his mood more joyful.
From now on, especially when the weather is perfect, I have decided to prioritize bringing him outside to play and explore, instead of relying on screens for entertainment.
I know it would take my time, patience, and effort, but it was a sacrifice worth making.

that's a great move @mayt.. it is really important to expose our kids to nature, surroundings and even dirt.. it not only helps their mind but also their immunity, yes, immunity... even if it's raining, you can try and let him enjoy the puddles.. 😁
Oyy sa immunity, yes. Tried and tested ko na yan. Compared to those kids who are always clean, they're more likely to be sakitin. Pero pag exposed sa dumi, mas malusog HAHA. Anyways, regarding the moment na mag enjoy sa rain... That's one thing I want my son to experience, but still, when it's raining, I'm afraid he might get sick. 😅
Yeah,, I know you would say that 🤣.. even with my nieces,, we sometimes doubt to do that,, you know, iba na kasi panahon ngayon.. so, what we did,, we bought her a cute raincoat and boots.. so she can enjoy the rain without getting wet,, you can try it, too.. 🤗
