Despedida del 2023 y nuevos planes para el 2024 (Esp/Eng)

31 de diciembre 2023. Comienzo mi recuento con el último día del año porque este día es muy especial, es la despedida del año viejo y la celebración del año nuevo que comienza con nuevos sueños y proyectos por cumplir.
Para mí cada 31 de diciembre es el mejor de los días, pero por una razón más fuerte, es el cumpleaños de mi mamá, un ser muy especial, amorosa e inteligente que en esta ocasión cumplió 82 años.
Al coincidir con los festejos de fin de año siempre tenemos asegurado una comida tradicional cubana donde el cerdo es el plato principal, preparamos además arroz congris, yuca con mojo y ensalada de tomate y lechuga. Además, siempre trato de comprarle el turrón de Jijona que es su preferido. Acompañamos la comida con su bebida favorita que es el vino tinto.

En diciembre también fue mi cumpleaños, mis 60, otro motivo para celebrar, además éste será el comienzo de una nueva etapa de mi vida, me despido de mi trabajo de ciencias y dedicaré mi tiempo a mi familia y a mimarme a mí misma.

Mis primeros pasos en Hive.
En agosto oí hablar por primera vez de Hive. Sí amigos, fue un descubrimiento conocer la existencia de Hive, no tenía idea de que algo tan maravilloso existiera. Enseguida me dispuse a buscar información sobre Hive. Ha sido todo un reto para mí, he tenido que estudiar sobre su funcionamiento, cómo hacer el maquetado de las publicaciones, explorar e interactuar con diferentes comunidades. En agosto del 2023 hice mi presentación y desde ese momento no he dejado de aprender.
Llevaba solo unos días en Hive cuando se realizó el HiveCubaCon y participé junto a mi hijo, solo me había comunicado por telegram con @crptogeek, @manuphotos, @eduardo900613 y @newnow497.

En estos 4 meses he interactuado a través de Hive con todos o casi todos los hivers que participaron en el evento, me hubiera gustado haberlos conocido antes, así hubiese conversado con mis nuevas amistades @lileisabel, @yanerkidiaz, @ceciliajess, @osismi, @tonyes, @mdrguez y @viltredeltoro, que estaba promocionando sus kekes pero me dio pena hablar con él.
Recuerdo que @nanixxx se nos acercó con su gran sonrisa y carisma para conversar con nosotros sobre Hive, nos aclaró algunas dudas y nos dio valiosos consejos.
También tengo presente a otros amigos de la comunidad de Pinar del Rio, son muchos y muy valiosos. Tampoco olvido a @babyl que es un ejemplo de trabajo y consagración en Hive.
En el próximo encuentro les daré un fuerte abrazo a todos porque ya les tengo un cariño inmenso.

Unos días después, en septiembre, comenzó un curso de Hive organizado por @newnow497 donde recibimos clases por WhatsApp y consejos de hivers experimentados quienes compartieron sus conocimientos con los nuevos usuarios.
En octubre, algunos hivers nos dimos cita en El Cuarto de Tula, lugar muy acogedor en La Habana donde aceptan HBD como medio de pago. En este encuentro nuestro líder @manuphotos nos habló de sus experiencias en el HiveFest realizado en Rosarito, México.

El 2023 me demostró que no importa la edad para aprender siempre que le pongas interés y quieras superarte, hay que trazarse metas, pero siempre disfrutar de lo que haces.

Quiero mencionar además a otros nuevos amigos encontrados en este ecosistema que no viven en Cuba pero están en cada corazón de quién les conoce: @chacald.dcymt, @taniagonzalez, @palomap3, @mipiano, @erikah y @abneagro Les agradezco por todo el apoyo que he recibido de ellos, ojalá tenga la oportunidad de conocerlos algún día.

Resumiendo, mi 2023 fue el año del crecimiento de mi familia de amigos y estoy segura que crecerá en este recién iniciado 2024 porque cada día me encuentro con publicaciones muy interesantes de diversas partes del mundo y me satisface interactuar con sus autores para conocerlos mejor.

Entre las metas de este nuevo año me he propuesto hacer Power Up Day cada mes y realizar publicaciones más frecuentes sobre mi vida, mi familia y mi entorno pero sin descuidar la calidad del contenido.

Farewell to 2023 and new plans for 2024
December 31, 2023. I begin my countdown with the last day of the year because this day is very special, it is the farewell of the old year and the celebration of the new year that begins with new dreams and projects to fulfill.
For me every December 31st is the best day of the year, but for a stronger reason, it is the birthday of my mother, a very special, loving and intelligent being who on this occasion turned 82 years old.
Coinciding with the end of the year celebrations we always have a traditional Cuban meal where pork is the main dish, we also prepare rice congris, yucca with mojo and tomato and lettuce salad. In addition, I always try to buy her Jijona nougat, which is her favorite. We accompany the meal with her favorite drink which is red wine.

December was also my birthday, my 60th, another reason to celebrate, plus this will be the beginning of a new stage of my life, I say goodbye to my science job and dedicate my time to my family and to pamper myself.

My first steps at Hive.
In August I heard about Hive for the first time. Yes friends, it was a discovery to learn about Hive, I had no idea that something so wonderful existed. I immediately set out to search for information about Hive. It has been a challenge for me, I had to study how it works, how to do the layout of the publications, explore and interact with different communities. In August 2023 I made my presentation and since then I have not stopped learning.
I had only been in Hive for a few days when the HiveCubaCon took place and I participated with my son, I had only interacted via telegram with @crptogeek, @manuphotos, @eduardo900613 and @newnow497. In these 4 months I have interacted through Hive with all or almost all the hivers that participated in the event, I would have liked to have met them before, so I would have talked with my new friends @lileisabel, @yanerkidiaz, @ceciliajess, @osismi, @tonyes, @mdrguez and @viltredeltoro, who was promoting his kekes but I was too embarrassed to talk to him.

I remember that @nanixxx approached us with his big smile and charisma to talk with us about Hive, clarified some doubts and gave us valuable advice.
I also have in mind other friends of the community of Pinar del Rio, they are many and very valuable. Nor do I forget @babyl who is an example of work and dedication in Hive.
At the next meeting I will give them a big hug because I already appreciate and love them very much.

A few days later, in September, we started a Hive course organized by @newnow497 where we received classes via WhatsApp and advice from experienced hivers who shared their knowledge with the new users.
In October, some of us hivers met at El Cuarto de Tula, a very cozy place in Havana where HBD is accepted as a payment method. In this meeting our leader @manuphotos told us about his experiences in the HiveFest held in Rosarito, Mexico.

2023 showed me that it doesn't matter how old you are to learn as long as you are interested and want to improve yourself, you have to set goals, but always enjoy what you do.

I also want to mention other new friends found in this ecosystem who do not live in Cuba but are in every heart of those who know them: @chacald.dcymt, @taniagonzalez, @palomap3, @mipiano, @erikah and @abneagro. I thank them for all the support I have received from them, hopefully I will have the opportunity to meet them someday.

To sum up, my 2023 was the year of the growth of my family of friends and I am sure it will grow in this newly started 2024 because every day I come across very interesting publications from different parts of the world and I am pleased to interact with their authors to get to know them better.

Among the goals of this new year I have proposed to do Power Up Day every month and make more frequent publications about my life, my family and my environment, but without neglecting the quality of my content.
