The Potential of a Good Music leader

For any large gathering combining lots of personalities together and different people with different backgrounds there is always going to be misunderstanding no matter how perfect one can be in one way or the other and so looking at a large congregation of people who are been led and directed by just a single leader, you all should know that it takes a lot of work to do and it can't actually be done alone because you get to have ears and eyes everywhere.

That is the work of the sub leaders who are to handle the affairs and of people under the main leader and talking about the potential of a good music leader, there are some times when some decision will be made and it won't go well with the congregation, one have to play with diligence in other to be able to handle the matter well.

Just like my choir here, since we have different part group soprano, alto, tenor and bass. During rehearsal there are lots if issue that do occur at times and it can be that someone among the part group didnt pick a solfa note well and argument can easily occur, it actually occur and as a music director not even the overall leader, it was not an easy one for me tackle because i have to wait for them finish arguement so i can pick point from when they are arguing.

So as a leader one has to always give ears and listen to various argument then as a leader one have to be calm to give decision and make better conclusion that will make the people calm and be better. A good music leader will always be able to solve more complex matter not only in music aspect but generally as a leader because it might not come in form of music alone, so knowing how to handle is the main one.
