SURPRISINGLY GIVEN THE ROLE OF MUSIC DIRECTOR

It has always been a very high priority for me anytime I hear the world music and this has made me to go in deeper into music than I have expected and also so many personalities that I've been able to come across through this music has helped me a lot and I've been able to gain more knowledge which one is normal day I couldn't have achieved alone and also on my own. In my school where we fellowship, lot of people that come together from different backgrounds bringing different knowledge which they have acquired from where they are coming from and starting to learn new things entirely in form of music.

So every year and new executive are always been chosen to run the administration and bring new ideas to the table so as the choristers will be able to improve musically but even though with my experience I never for once long for any post and I always stay low and support anybody who is leading there secretly now presently we have another new executive who are now running with the post of leaders in the choir so in every department of a church they are also executive in the choir department also apart from the whole church.

And now looking at the post of a choir master there will be time you would not be able to handle things alone and they will not support so that is where the work of a music director comes in the learning of music in a way that will be very simple to learn and easy without wasting much time around I heard my name called as the music director presently to lead the chorister and transfer the knowledge I have into them to make them improve than they use to do before.

Now a great worker started and during the last rehearsal, the choir master was teaching them a classical song which I have not heard before and they couldn't get it that day but as the music director i had to go extra way to understand the piece which i got immediately and now prepared to teach them in the easy way during the next rehearsal and also make them perfect within a short period of time.
