FINISHING ALRGE QUANTITY OF FOOD TODAY

Good evening hivers, how has been our day, we usually say that healthy Living is good for the body and there are some things attached to that healthy living which many doesn't know, one of its kind is having a good night rest and not cheating the nature what I meant by that is going to bed at the exact time which one is expected to sleep because the sleep has a very vital role to play in the body.

The second one which is part of healthy living is by eating at the right time and as at when due. One can't stay for days without eating anything, that person will surely go slim or even lean because the food do provide energy to the body to cut the long story short, I will be talking about how I did some unbelievable things on food today which really surprised those around.

I went to school today without eating any food so I went for the lecture so after that I felt hungry and I went to the restaurant to eat beans and bread but still I wasn't okay and the night I did unbelievable which was going into the restaurant and for me I have eaten beans and bread in the afternoon so I can eat that again and I noticed that they sell FUFU there in the restaurant and also I have noticed myself that this days I do eat much and I don't know why that is happening.

I was forced to order for just 5 wraps of FUFU and one of the wraps is so big that if a person try to eat it the person will be filled in the stomach and for me I was very hungry and I don't know why so I order for the 5 wraps and a better okro soup with a meat, before I could know people were already looking at me. Why were they looking at me and all I could notice was that I have finished 4 wraps of FUFU within a short period of time.
