I again managed to find a pile of wood mushrooms growing on a dead areca nut tree, this is a type of mushroom that can only grow on trees such as areca nut, mango, coconut and several other types of trees, and that is why this mushroom is often called wood mushrooms. The good news is that this mushroom is edible but the taste is a bit tough, this mushroom can grow easily especially during the rainy season, when the rainy season arrives this mushroom will be brownish white and have a very high water content, but during the dry season this mushroom will be pure white and have a hard and dry texture. The rainy season is the best time to harvest this mushroom because it has a chewier texture so it can be easily processed and has a fairly distinctive taste, usually this mushroom is delicious stir-fried or cooked with instant noodles, and I myself quite often eat this mushroom because my older sister often cooks it.

Okay friends, now I will share some pictures of this wood fungus here.
