Hola Foodies. Que tal pasaron su domingo? El día de hoy les vengo a compartir la receta de un almuerzo delicioso y rápido, la verdad es uno de mis favoritos porque amo el puré de papa.
Hello Foodies. How was your Sunday? Today I come to share with you the recipe for a delicious and quick lunch, the truth is one of my favorites because I love mashed potatoes.

| Pechuga de pollo | Chicken breast |
| Zanahorias | Carrots |
| Calabacin | Zucchini |
| Tomate | Tomato |
| Pimentón | Paprika |
Preparación | Preparation
Primero se sofríe el pollo.
First the chicken is fried.
Luego se cortan los vegetales, en esta ocasión corte la zanahoria en rodajas, el tomate y el calabacin en cuadros y el pimentón en rodajas.
Then cut the vegetables, this time cut the carrot into slices, the tomato and zucchini into squares and the paprika into slices.
Una vez que el pollo este sellado se le incorpora el tomate y la zanahoria.
Once the chicken is sealed, add the tomato and carrot.
Luego se le agrega media taza de agua y se condimenta con sal, comino y ajo en polvo. Cuando la zanahoria este cocida se le incorpora el calabacin y el pimentón.
Then add half a cup of water and season with salt, cumin and garlic powder. When the carrot is cooked, add the zucchini and paprika.
Para agregarle un toque extra le coloque salsa de soya.
To add an extra touch I added soy sauce.
Por ultimo se prepara el puré de papas, a este le agregue sal y una cucharada de mantequilla.
Finally, prepare the mashed potatoes, add salt and a tablespoon of butter.

Que delicia, hace unos días preparamos para el almuerzo un pollito con vegetales muy parecido, hasta usamos la misma salsa.😅 Y el puré de papa es un excelente contorno. La verdad es que se ve super rico, ¿quién podría resistirse a este menú?

Creo que nadie podría resistirse a este menú😅 a mi me encanta el pollo con vegetales, aparte que la zanahoria le da un toque dulce a los platillos. Saludos amiga!
