Hola comunidad♡ El día de hoy les traigo una receta muy deliciosa la cual se trata de realizar una pasta con salsa de perejil, perfecta para esos días que queremos degustar algo diferente.
Hello community♡ Today I bring you a very delicious recipe which is to make a pasta with parsley sauce, perfect for those days when we want to taste something different.
| Pasta 300g | Paste 300g |

| Hojas de perejil | Parsley leaves |
| Harina de trigo 30g | Wheat flour 30g |
| Leche en polvo 20g | Milk powder 20g |
| Una cucharada de mantequilla | One tablespoon of butter |
| Queso | Cheese |
| Cebolla, pimentón y ajo | Onion, paprika and garlic |
Lo primero que se debe realizar es cocinar la pasta.
The first thing to do is to cook the pasta.
Una vez que la pasta este lista se inicia con la preparación de la salsa. En un envase de licuadora se coloca las hojas de perejil, la leche en polvo.
Once the pasta is ready, start preparing the sauce. In a blender container, place the parsley leaves and the powdered milk.
Luego se le incorpora la harina, el queso y tres tazas de agua. Por ultimo se licua.
Then add the flour, cheese and three cups of water. Finally it is blended.
Después en una olla se agrega la mantequilla, una cebolla picada, medio pimiento y ajo. Estos se dejan sofreír por unos minutos.
Then in a pot add the butter, a chopped onion, half a bell pepper and garlic. These are sautéed for a few minutes.
Por ultimo se le agrega la salsa de perejil y se deja cocinar por unos minutos hasta que espese. Luego de ello se le incorpora la pasta y listo.
Finally, add the parsley sauce and let it cook for a few minutes until it thickens. Then add the pasta and it is ready.
