The Pig 🐖 Farming Through Different Breeds Of Animal. Good Pig Source Will Encourage More Production And Healthy Farm.
Hello Hivers 💕💘,
In pig farming. It is somehow different. Different in the sense that the feeding can be controlled despite the fact that, to some animals or farmers they believe in choosing the hybrid breed of animals. This hybrid breed of animals are good when it comes to production as well as consuming because they grow faster than the local breed. When they grow they also gain more weight. The gaining of the weight also depends on how formulated feeds they eat on a regular basis.
I have been to some different sections of the pig farm whereby they have hundreds of different breed. I was always having this conversation with my co farmer. Because Pig is an animal that when you take good care of it it return your investment with great interest in it. So the way you treat your animals matter a lot. There are some farmers they feed their animals just Once. This is not good enough unless you feed once with different varieties.
The big farm is also not for the lazy one. Because on a daily basis you wash their pen and also give them very good water to drink. This drinking water can be informed off nipple drinker or any advanced method.
On the farm we have different breed of pig. They also serve different purposes though. There are some set of PIG on the farm that are meant for meat production alone. The look also give a very positive expression.
Though pigs eat massively. Even when you give them food very early in the morning before you leave the farm, you will also hear a lot of shout. Which literally means that, its hunger. The pig pit here. For drinking water.
The feeding of the pig is not too easy when it comes to mixing of the raw materials to form a whole pig feed. Before you buy a lot of raw maize, with soya beans and so on. It cost a lot.
While on the farm I took a lot of pictures from different sections and it was great. Having another experience on big farming. Sourcing from different pig owner is a good idea as well.
