The First Harvest Of The Season. Not Too Late. We Are Making Progress On The Farm. Maize 🌽🌽 Growing Healthy. The Kids Are Happy 😊😀.

This is the update from the farm and it is a very great one although there are still more damages that was done. But nevertheless, there are also many good news. The Maize is getting to its maturity state and here we have the result down in the pictures. Whenever we are getting started in an agricultural settings either on the farm or in animal production. We always need to ask a lot of questions from the agricultural shop.

These agricultural shop we also be a source of reference even when things are going otherwise. The reason being that there are some crops that you need to ask what maturity age or range it is. There are some Maize when you plant it, it may take 4 months. Before you start getting the produce. Whereas, this particular species I bought. It 3 months to it maturity state. This is fear enough. We also have crops like the okra, the green vegetables, as in spinach family. When you plant them it may take just 4 weeks for it to start making a very good leaves. Whereas, there are more of prolong weeks for others. this is why I also have different agricultural stuff with modern equipment tools seed and so on. I also took some pictures of the harvest likewise some of the MAIZE portion on the farm.

These are not too fully matured set. This is because while I was cultivating the maize. The section of the farm was divided into three. 3 in the sense that the first set of the farm was eaten up by the rodents and the squirrels. So I needed to replant again and again.

This is how you know the exact Maize you will harvest. When you see that the maze itself has fully developed with which it will show the dryness from the hair. This is a typical and logical sign to look for.

There are also some other signs to look out for when you want to harvest your mix most especially when you plant them at once. When you plant them at once it will give you a very good motivation on how to monitor the growth and development.

The fact that we have some other smaller ones on the farm does not means that other section of the farm are not giving us what we want but or the other end it will show a very good picture and photography section of what we are talking about on the farm.

The mixed cropping here we have the cassava and also the Maize. The maze are in row and column planting ratio. Although when I replanted some it was not arranged accordingly

This is the example of what we harvested today. It a little bit small but this is just a taste. To show that we are making a progress on the farm we needed to harvest a little portion and sample it round on the farm.

The kid also followed me for this purpose. And as you can see it the mission is accomplished. It is necessary for farmers to note that, you need to be up and doing. You observe a lot of parts and section of the farm. This will make you to be aware of any differences or change in your production.

The pictures we took made a lot of great impact to see that we are also making progress on the farm.
