The Cassava Planting Skills Leading To More Harvesting Output At The End Of The Planting Season || Depending On The Specie

Hello Hivers 💕💘,
This is one of the most cultivated crop in Nigeria also in West Africa at large. This is not a theoretical saying but a very confirmed practical examination which has been proved so true and right. even when you go to the local level of Farming system you find out that there are more local farmers that go into cassava planting and this is because the outcome and end product is consumed by Human. It is never a bad experience when you go into the cassava farming system but I know that there are some positive and negative aspect of it when it comes to the real Planting skills.
While I was in the university we did a little bit of practical about cassava end product. This is the end product I'm talking about when you peel a cassava itself the cassava peel was what we made all our practical application and experiment all about. So we did all the land the position ourselves because we were arranged in groups, so we started from the land preparation to the planting of the cassava stem till it reaches its maturity stage and we kept on weeding for so long.

I was passing by and I saw this great cassava Farm which reflect positively about those practical I did 5 to 6 years ago. it is always a great moment when you practicalize what you have learnt in school it's a great experience to talk about. Cassava is consume all over the world because it has been proved that from cassava we can make biscuits, bread and so on.

- What surrounded cassava farming at that point when we were doing our own practical was weeding constantly as well as mulching of individual stem.

the planting of cassava has a very economical advantage when it is being planted in a large scale because when it comes to the harvesting. You can harvest more and more within six to eight months of planting. The only disadvantage that I see when it comes to this aspect of Farming system is that you may have a very huge differences inside which may lead to low output and production at the end of the planting season. The other negative aspect of wheat is that it involves constant and regular weeding which if you procrastinate on the weeding aspects it may finally decrease your harvesting ratio.

Cassava is a very good plant to invest in as a farmer, within one year you harvest and make your money, you can decide to sell it raw or process it into some finished goods... I have some on my farm and I intend to plant more and more.
