While using this method was because it is an ancient method of planting green vegetables likewise other crops as well and it also make the best usage when it comes to plants weeding. Why i choose this method to prepare my nursery bed was to make a good usage properly. This is the method I prefer to use. I also recommend this method of cultivating green vegetables to most farmers. It is somehow difficult to make but with time , it will get better slowly. This was the method i have grown up to use even when i was in the University. I planted series of green vegetables, rear poultry birds, and rabbit to of different breeds. So. It is used for mainly planted of green vegetables and seedlings before transplanting it to a bigger container,bigger agricultural farmland.
The rate at which this method also protects cultivated crops is also encouraging. Not just planting of ordinary agricultural farmland. It is also used to prevent erosion from happening from time past. Although, some people may decide on their own to plant directly into the agricultural farmland but i suggest this will go a very long way to manage your farm.
These are the methods that i used recently to make it happen while making the planting of the vegetables seeds. I always show my steps to initiate more young people into agriculture without any form of regrets.
- The first thing i did was to clear off the excessive wood that was cut off the agricultural farmland while making it more visible and clean for planting of crops.
The hoe was used for this particular task which made it to slow down a bit. Although it also serves as clearing tool for me while the making of the ridges was made.
This was the method of making the ridges that Will help me to make sure that what I want to plant will make a very good plant growth without any negativity or plant defects. We also have different ways of farm approach. But this is the one I decided to use. I also made it into rows so that it will bring out the best of the green vegetables.
- This was when the ridges was going on gradually. It took more hours to prove and prepare this because the agricultural farmland is mixed soil. Different types of soil particles was seen at the moment of making 5e ridges. So it was somehow difficult to make the ridges quickly.
The ridges was being made at a slow pace and it came out well although like i said earlier. It was hard time for me. After 2:00 to 4 hours I finished the ridges and I also brought out the green vegetable seed, the spinach vegetable seeds and more others that I intended to plant. On the same ridge. Which is known as mixed cropping system.
I also came out with the seeds as shown in the pictures. This is the more reason why we need to keep our seeds once in a while as a farmer. Anytime of the year you intend to plant the seed it will be ready available although its may get expired. As time goes on.
I kept the seed inside a white nylon for storage means. So here is it. In your own case, you may use any other storage means or device to store it and keep it safe from Weevil and smaller and smaller insects.
- This was when the whole ridges was fully completed in rows. And the green vegetable seeds was also applied effectively. In this case we have to ways by which the seed can be applied effectively. So its depends on your own choice. To follow your own way and method.
You can apply the seed directly on hips and ridges. And a very moderate manner. This means that it should be applied friendly
