(ESP-ENG) Milanesa de carne de res, rico almuerzo. // Beef Milanesa, tasty lunch.
Buenos días comunidad hermosa, trabajadora y esforzada espero que tengan un feliz día. Yo muy bien gracias a Dios presentándoles una rica receta para un almuerzo delicioso, vamos a ver de qué se trata y animarse hacerlo en casa.

Ingredientes:
1/2 kg de Bistec de carne.
2 huevos.
1 taza de harina de trigo.
1 taza de pan rallado.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg of beef steak.
2 eggs.
1 cup of wheat flour.
1 cup of bread crumbs.
Pisamos la carne, la lavamos y sazonamos con lo que más guste en mi caso solo sazone con sal, luego tomamos un bistec y lo pasamos por la harina de trigo por ambos lados, luego lo pasamos por el huevo batido igual por ambos lados y por último lo pasamos por el pan rallado por ambos lados, así hacemos con todos los bistec.
We tread the meat, wash it and season it with whatever you like, in my case I only season it with salt, then we take a steak and we pass it through the wheat flour on both sides, then we pass it through the same beaten egg on both sides and finally we pass it through the bread crumbs on both sides, this is how we do with all the steaks.
Luego de tener todos los bistec listo, en un sartén con aceite previamente caliente llevamos la carne y echamos a freír unos dos o tres minutos de cada lado, retiramos del sartén y tenemos lista nuestras milanesas de carne.
After having all the steaks ready, in a frying pan with previously hot oil we take the meat and fry it for about two or three minutes on each side, remove from the pan and we have our meat milanesas ready.
Ahora solo le damos una buena combinación, aunque solas también son buenas 😁. En mi caso las prepare con arroz blanco, ensalada de zanahorias y repollo rallado y aguacate que no puede faltar.
Now we just give them a good combination, although they are also good on their own 😁. In my case I prepared them with white rice, carrot and shredded cabbage salad and avocado, which is a must.
