Amasamos nuevamente un poco la masa ya que se encontraba en la nevera y tiende a colocarse un poco dura, luego la dividimos en pelotitas de masa conforme a la cantidad de pastelitos que se vaya hacer. Con un vaso en mi caso ya que no tengo rodillo estiramos la pelotica de masa lo mas delgado que se pueda, agregamos un poco de jamón y queso y doblamos la masa para cerrar el pastelito y con un tenedor presionamos en la orilla para sellarlo y no se abra mientras se fríe.

Luego en un sartén con aceite previamente caliente colocamos nuestro pastelito dejamos freír por un lado cuando ya este listo volteamos dejamos freír por el otro lado y retiramos del sartén. Así no s queda liso nuestro delicioso pastelito.
