It is really exciting to travel and give oneself a break from work and accumulated stress-es and enjoy the outdoors. This is one of the strategic ways of alleviating accumulation of ‘stress-es'. Travelling makes me feel better and keeps my body in shape again.Travelling to a location you're not acquainted with, will make you get into confusion and may get you into a frantic state; that's why sometimes, you need to make use of Google Map on your device to ease your emotional state.

Google Map showing my Locations

In my own case, the bus I boarded didn't take the normal route I expected which I am familiar with. This time, he maneuvered his way down an unfamiliar aisle in order to get rid of the heavy Traffic Jam, unfortunately, he took us more than the usual time before reaching this location here

When we arrived under this bridge-side, the road were already free (there were no traffic jam here unlike the place we were trying to avoid earlier. I climbed over this bride to get some photographs, and went to the other side of the road, taking the staircase leading to the other side where I can continue my journey.

These are another recent photographs, and I'm glad to showcase them here. This place is called Lagos, around Oshodi in Nigeria (Mile 2 area). For those who doesn't know about Lagos — It (Lagos) is a MEGACITY with a large amount of populations in the whole States in Nigeria. It is one of the important cities in Nigeria and in Africa generally. We have millions of people occupying Lagos mostly to do business. I call it a centre for Business and Entrepreneurship and Opportunities . Mostly, throngs of people come into Lagos to do business and make a good living, earning money for survival and all.

If you are living in Nigeria, especially in Lagos precisely, I guess you must be familiar with this area, Oshodi or Mile 2. But as for me, I don't reside around here — it's been a while I came here. WHY? It's because I don't travel that much, so I'm trying to beat that off. The last time I came here was last year after the lockdown was eased a bit. I came around this place to board Bus going to the East — Delta State to be precise, in order to collect my NYSC certificate — then, I just completed my NYSC (The National Youth Service Corps). For those who doesn't know much about NYSC, or you're just seeing or hearing it for the first time — it is a programme set up by the Nigerian Government for Nigerian graduates in nation building and the development of the country. If you'd love to know more about this, here is a link about NYSC

I was passing by and I love the views and diverse of looks around here, so I decided to showcase them. If you're just seeing this place for the first time, I hope you'll drop by someday and check this lovely area out. The aisle, and people making their ends meet, displaying their goods by the roadside

After spending my time outdoors, relaxing and relishing different views, and I was satisfied, so I decided to start another journey back home, and it was a smooth one, the roads were opened with no traffic jam this time — unlike before.
This time around, I sat down at the front seat beside the driver — and it was a good moment for photographs as well.

Beautiful photos, bro👍 and nice little tour. I'm a Nigerian myself living in the East but I've never been to Lagos. It doesn't seem like a place I'd like to go-to because I hate Traffic and crowds. If I ever go I'd like to just reside in the Island only 😀.

Lol 😁😁😁😁@nevies, Lagos is a good place to be, but I will say, there's nothing that special aside from its urbanism and vibe. Lagos will always put you in a precarious situation such as traffic jam and others — that's what I hate about Lagos.
But don't stay too long at the East ☺️☺️, just try and travel down to Lagos someday, and you'll surely enjoy different views, food and all...😁😁😁

Thanks for your wonderful comment.
Stay blessed
