MY APPLICATION TO THE NEWBIES INITIATIVE 2022

Greetings!
My name is Martin, on hive as @martinlazizi. Before I proceed, i want to say a big thank you to @projectmamabg for this wonderful badge, I'm really grateful. This newbies initiative was made known to me when I came across the original post calling for applications

My Hive journey started 1st of December 2021 through recommendation from a dear friend @pappyelblanco. Since then, the journey has been a smooth sail though with a stunted growth rate. When I came across this newbies initiative program, there was a sense of relief because for sometime now, I have been hoping for such a program to arise.

Personally, I believe everyone on this hive platform has something to offer, as such though I'm barely two months old, I consider myself as a newbie with much responsibilities. First, I have people who got introduced to this platform by me and it feels I have to live up to the responsibilities to making sure everyone of them succeeds. As part of my encouragement to them I am calling out every active one of them to participate in this great initiative. However, if you hear name please come and dance for the floor is open. @queenpriscilla @olivemarcel @channell1 @anointingaz @emmanuel222 @ozedfausin & @stevequest84, we can all learn through this great initiative.

My Hive Power and Reputation

As at the time of this post, I have a reputation of 57 with a total hive power 108 (88 mine, 20 delegate). Special appreciation to the friendly delegation of @pappyelblanco and @threespeak for their encouragement in kick starting my hive journey as at then. The growth of this hive power has not been as expected but for real I still consider it a huge success and hopefully before the the year runs out we will increase it to at least 2000 HP. How this will be done, I don't know but I'm confident it will happen because I have you all.

What are my areas of interest?
Since I joined hive, I have always worked with the inspiration each day brings. I have never thought of limiting myself to a particular area, but judging from what I have done so far, I have great interest in food post because I love to cook, Science and Technology because it's my area of profession, Nature, because I'm a lover of it and post that have to do with God. Lest I forget, I also love to paint pictures of the world with words, so if you want to see how it's done, you can join us at #BlockchainPoets. I'm still not limited to these post areas.

What am I bringing to the newbies initiative table & and why is the program important to me?
Being on hive for two months has taught me much already especially how to navigate around the platform. This area I see so many people struggling and it will be an honor to have people learn from me both on navigating the platform and Post creating. Another special thing about the hive platform is that it goes beyond the monetary benefits. It a great platform where people can have meaningful and genuine interactions. Ever since I joined, though I haven't engaged much but the little I did have proven very beneficial. Lastly, I believe beyond this online business, we can also help each other offline if any case of such arises.
