Aloe vera

What a cool morning we have here

Well I have some aloe Vera and I can tell you have been tending this for years.... I mean years.

I actually don't know they have such long life span. Have been a lot busy in my garden this days, since my days are somehow numbered,since I might possibly move to school anytime next month.

It's still looks a lot good, even though I don't know much about it, have been taking care of it, and there was a time I do eat it due to Tommy issues, I guess it works for it somehow

And also, I use it a nowadays for my face, heard it helps with pimples, darkspots, wrinkles and stuffs...

You can try it out also...

And also I found out it
Aids/accelerate wound healing
Helps with constipation/bowel movements
Lowers sugar level and a lots more

Including the reduction of chronic disease ranging from heart disease, diabetes......
It also has its side effects from kidney problems to weaknesses and stuffs

So it's not to be used everyday or too frequently and maybe in little or small quantities....
