Mascarilla de Platano, leche y avena.

These ingredients are easy to get and very economical, and maybe you have them at home, at the time of preparation it doesn't take you even five minutes to make the mixture.
This mask leaves the skin very soft and moisturizes it very well.
The banana contains a high content of vitamins and they are very good for oily skin, this mask reduces acne and redness, milk is very good to have porcelain skin, these three ingredients also help the elasticity of the skin, prevents wrinkles and removes blemishes.

Estos ingredientes son fácil de conseguir y muy económicos, y tal vez los tengan en casa, a la hora de la preparación nonte llevas ni cinco minutos en hacer la mezcla.
Esta mascarilla deja la piel muy suave y la hidrata muy bien.
El platano contiene un alto contenido de vitaminas y son buenísimos para ayudar a la aleosidad para las pieles grasas, esta mascarilla reduce el acné y la enrojecimiento, la leche es buenísima para tener la piel de porcelana, estos tres ingredientes ayudan también a la elasticidad de la piel, previene las arrugas y elimina manchas.

In a large cup and a piloncillo crush the banana and then use a fork so that the banana was like a puree, add the milk and mix well and then add the oatmeal and revolvi, and so was ready my mask. ( if you have ground oats is much better).

En un tasa grandecita y un piloncillo machaque el platano y después utilice un un tenedor para que el platano quedara como un puré, añadí la leche y mezcle bien y después agregue la avena y revolvi, y así quedó lista mi mascarilla. ( si tienen avena molida es mucho mejor)

I washed my face with a neutral soap and dried it, I started to apply the mask all over my face massaging in circles for a while and then I applied more mask to my face and left it on for 10 minutes.

Me lave la cara con un jabón neutro y la seque, Comencé aplicar la mascarilla por todo mi rostro dando masajes en círculos por un buen rato y después aplique más mascarilla a mi rostro y lo deje actuar por 10 minutos.

The mixture for my mask was enough so I invited my mother in law to put it on her face, I told her to wash her face first and then I started to apply the mask massaging her in circles and then I finished putting the mask all over her face.

La mezcla para mi mascarilla era bastante así que invite a mi suegra para ponerle en su cara, le dije que primero se lavara su cara y después comencé aplicarle la mascarilla dándole masajes circulares y después termine colocándole por completo la mascarilla en todo su rostro.

This process was very funny because my daughter would see me and tell me that my face was dirty and she would make ugly faces at me hahahaha.
I really enjoyed this mask.

Este proceso fue muy chistoso porque mi hija me veía y me decía que tenia la cara sucia y me hacia unas caras feas jajajaja.

After 10 minutes we removed the mask with a washcloth and then washed it with neutral soap, I really loved it, it left my face very soft and clean, my skin is oily and this mask fell like a ring to my finger, now I will do it once or twice a week, my skin was fresh and hydrated, my mother in law was delighted and told me that when I do the mask she will invite her.

Al pasar los 10 minutos nos retiramos la mascarilla con una toallita y después la lavamos con el jabón neutro, de verdad me encantó deja la cara muy suave y limpia mi piel es grasa y esta mascarilla me cayó como anillo al dedo ahora la hare una o dos veces por semana, mi piel quedó fresca e hidratada, mi suegra quedó encantada y me dijo que cuando me hiciera las mascarilla la invitará.

Se las recomiendo, si no la han hecho inténtelo porque deja la piel muy bella y se siente una frescura deliciosa, al terminar de usar esta mascarilla también pueden colorse un aceite o crema Hidratante para que la piel quede mucho mejor.
