Celebrating the birthday of a great friend/Celebrando el cumpleaños de un gran amigo.

Saludos mi estimados compañeros de Hive, espero se encuentren muy bien, esta es mi primera vez publicando en esta bonita comunidad #Family&Friends dándole importancia a nuestros familiares y amigos que con el tiempo se convierten en familia.
Today we celebrated #36 years to my trainer Juan and great friend, since he woke up he was receiving gifts and lots of congratulations.
They gave him 15 cakes including mine, can you imagine being in the gym without training but eating cake and snacks and miss all the work done during the week hahahahaha but on Monday we started with everything to train to burn calories.
Hoy le celebramos los #36 años a mi entrenador Juan y gran amigo, desde que despertó estuvo recibiendo regalos y muchísimas felicidades.
Le regalaron 15 tortas incluyendo la mía, se imaginan estar en el Gym sin entrenar pero comiendo torta y pasapalos y perderse todo el trabajo que se hizo en la semana jajajja pero el lunes empezamos con todo a entrenar para quemar las calorías.
Each group sang birthday and ours was the last group and we had a great time celebrating the life of our dear friend, I gave him a pineapple cake and my colleagues brought a small chocolate cake and we prepared it with love and I have always said that any detail so not expensive will be well received what matters is the intention and the affection with which it was prepared. Being surrounded by such beautiful people makes me very happy, and celebrating life, having good friends and family by our side is the most wonderful thing that can happen to us
Cada grupo le canto cumpleaños y el de nosotros fue el último grupo y la pasamos muy bien celebrando la vida de nuestro querido amigo, le regale una torta de piña y mis compañeros llevaron una torta pequeña de chocolate se la preparamos con mucho cariño y siempre he dicho que cualquier detalle así no se costoso será bien recibido lo importa es la intención y el cariño con el que fue elaborado. Estar rodeada de personas tan lindas de corazón me hace muy feliz, y celebrar la vida, tener buenos amigos y una familia al lado es lo más maravilloso que nos puede suceder.
