Random Shots Taken Today
I went to the lake shore today morning. (See my previous post.)
I forgot to include a couple of other shots taken there.
A lot of dirty snow pushed to the edge of the parking lot.
The snow on the lake was hard and carried my weight easily. When cracks in the ice form, water floods the snow and the resulting slush freezes. In recent weeks, daytime temperatures above freezing cause some of the snow melt while nighttime frost makes the surface of the snow hard.

The sun was quite low at about 8.30 am.

The sun had risen two hours earlier at 6.26 am.
The parking space is right next to the entrances to the Prisma hypermarket. Prisma is owned by the S-group which is a co-operative owned by the store owners - and the customers. Anyone who gets a loyalty card is entitled to discounts. Some of the discounts are personal based on earlier purchases.
All the food is at the end of that corridor on the other side of the building.
A ways to go
Fruit and vegetables
Some of the freezers
Getting closer.
Got those for myself and my wife for lunch.
I haven't sen any shortages. No hoarding of anything. The price of coffee has doubled from what it cost a few months ago.
