Mi primera salida del 2024 nada y nada menos que al campo, a la naturaleza a visitar y compartir con mis familiares que viven ahí, que me reciben como siempre con mucho gusto y cariño.
Siempre encuentro aquí los mejores momentos que vivir, ese contacto con la naturaleza es esencial para mi bienestar integral, es como una descarga eléctrica que equilibra mi organismo de manera muy poderosa, cada elemento que consigo aquí es una dosis de energía y vida que me permite conectar y sanar física mental y espiritualmente.
Aquí puedo canalizar mis pensamientos y emociones, entender mejor mis procesos vitales y darle bienestar a mi vida.
La naturaleza es la mejor maestra, pasear por ella consigues más respuestas de la que buscabas o esperabas, aquí no sólo me conecto con la tierra, el aire , los animales o las plantas, es también coincidir con gente buena, humilde, sencilla, solidaria, gente que te da más de lo que esperas, que te recuerda tus raíces.
Tenía tiempo que no venía así que me cansé de correr detrás del ganado, me gusta ese contacto con ellos de verlos alimentarse, hidratarse, buscar sombra, encontré algunos nuevos .
En medio de un fuerte sol nos pusimos a cosechar, si ya la yuca está lista para consumirla, sacamos algunas plantas para cocinar en ese mismo momento, nada se pierde las plantas que sacamos se guardan para volver a sembrarlas una vez que la tierra este lista y preparada para ser sembrada.

Realmente amo este mundo natural, perfecto, rural y verde, sus formas, olores, sus colores, el sonido de los árboles, de los pájaros, el agua, tocar los árboles, la tierra, la hierba, sentir la brisa, el sol, respirar una y otra vez conectar con lo simple, a ser consciente del momento presente, es observar y valorar todo lo que me rodea, recargar energías, conectar con mí alma, es volver a mis orígenes.
Amo éste mundo natural creado por Dios, disfruto de estas visitas al campo donde abrazo todo lo que está a mi paso.

I always find the best moments to live here, that contact with nature is essential for my overall well-being, it is like an electric shock that balances my body in a very powerful way, each element that I get here is a dose of energy and life that allows me connect and heal physically, mentally and spiritually.
Here I can channel my thoughts and emotions, better understand my vital processes and give well-being to my life.
Nature is the best teacher, walking through it you get more answers than you were looking for or expecting, here I not only connect with the earth, the air, the animals or the plants, it is also meeting good, humble, simple, supportive people. , people who give you more than you expect, who remind you of your roots.
I hadn't been here for a while so I got tired of running after the cattle. I like that contact with them, watching them feed, hydrate, and look for shade. I found some new ones.
In the middle of a strong sun we began to harvest, if the cassava is ready to be consumed, we take out some plants to cook at that very moment, nothing is lost, the plants that we take out are saved to be planted again once the land is ready and ready to be planted.

I really love this natural, perfect, rural and green world, its shapes, smells, its colors, the sound of the trees, the birds, the water, touching the trees, the earth, the grass, feeling the breeze, the sun, breathing again and again connecting with the simple, being aware of the present moment, is observing and valuing everything that surrounds me, recharging energy, connecting with my soul, is returning to my origins.
I love this natural world created by God, I enjoy these visits to the countryside where I embrace everything that is in my path.
