A punto de finalizar las vacaciones, mis hijos disfrutaron mucho de su largo paseo, estuvimos unos días en Puerto Ordaz donde compartieron con sus tíos y primos, aunque no fue nuestra primera visita aquí nos acompañaron a recorrer muchos sitios de interés, las salidas fueron como la ciudad planificadas, la conexión con la naturaleza fue de los principales atractivos turísticos que visitamos, empezamos por la lovizna, el malecón de San Félix, parque Cachamay, confluencia de los ríos Orinoco y Caroní, la Represa Macagua, cada día una aventura distinta, Puerto Ordaz si que nos supo sorprender y entrener, aburrirse no estaba en nuestros planes ni de noche ni de día, fueron quince días de mucha diversión, compartir con la familia y risas.
Nos vamos a casa con el corazón y la mente agradecida, llenos de recuerdos para rememorar y mucho que contar no sin antes pasar por Ciudad Bolívar, definitivamente Venezuela tiene los mejores paisajes del mundo y Ciudad Bolívar lo sabe, lo siente y lo muestra con su historia, cultura y su espléndida naturaleza que se puede observar en su Paseo Orinoco, que siempre nos regala un hermoso atardecer donde se funde una puesta de sol con la fuerza del Orinoco, nos tomamos fotos rápidas para emprender nuestro viaje de retorno, con la promesa de volver, de recorrer todas las áreas recreativas del Mirador Angostura con calma, con intensión, abrazar la historia de su tierra, de su gente y dejarnos acariciar por la suave brisa de nuestro magestuoso Río Orinoco como dándonos en cada suspiro la bienvenida.

As the holidays drew to a close, my children thoroughly enjoyed their long trip. We spent a few days in Puerto Ordaz, where they spent time with their aunts, uncles, and cousins. Although it wasn't our first visit, they accompanied us to explore many places of interest. The outings were planned, just like the city itself. Connecting with nature was one of the main tourist attractions we visited. We started with La Lovizna, then the San Félix boardwalk, Cachamay Park, the confluence of the Orinoco and Caroní rivers, and the Macagua Dam. Each day was a different adventure. Puerto Ordaz truly surprised and entertained us; boredom was not in our plans, neither day nor night. It was fifteen days of great fun, spending time with family, and laughter.
We go home with grateful hearts and minds, full of memories to cherish and so much to share, but not before stopping in Ciudad Bolívar. Venezuela definitely has some of the best landscapes in the world, and Ciudad Bolívar knows it, feels it, and shows it with its history, culture, and splendid nature, which can be observed along its Orinoco Promenade. There, we always receive a beautiful sunset where the setting sun merges with the power of the Orinoco River. We take quick photos before beginning our return journey, promising to come back, to explore all the recreational areas of the Angostura Lookout at a leisurely pace, with intention, to embrace the history of its land and its people, and to let ourselves be caressed by the gentle breeze of our majestic Orinoco River, as if welcoming us with every breath.
