Desde mi niñez y juventud , ví que la mujer fué incursionando en la sociedad a la par con los hombres ocupando cargos de igual jerarquía.
Con la igualdad de género las compañías le dan participación a las mujeres y la igualdad de oportunidades de liderazgo a todos los niveles como toma de decisiones importantes en la empresa
Asi que las mujeres hemos ido abarcando en todos los aspectos de la vida: salud, educación, política, economía, religión
Latinoamérica a contado con 12 mujeres presidentas en su historia , también en Estados Unidos las mujeres han ocupados cargos de importancia en el senado, cargos que sólo eran ocupados por hombres, las mujeres también
incursionaron en la NASA, astronautaa, grandes científicos , piloto de avión y de carros de carreras ,en lo que respecta a la religión ahí también nos hecho notar en las iglesias católica ya hay ministra que asisten al sacerdote en su ausencia y los cristianos también hay existe la figura de pastora dónde antes sólo existia el pastor-hombre, así que si hemos ido evolucionando atraves del tiempo.
Cuando viví con una tía, mi primo se casó con una juez, asignada en esos tiempos al juzgado de mi pueblo.
Realmente se comentaba mucho entre los lugareños , decían que ésa mujer no podía ocupar ese cargo, fue intimidada, atacada
críticacada, pero no sólo por hombres también a las mujeres les parecía muy atrevida, por haber obtenido ese cargo que había sido ocupado sólo por hombres, cada vez que se presentaba un caso en el tribunal, se formaba toda una algarabia, las habladurías estaban a la orden del día, siempre buscaban algo negativo que objetar en su contra, realmente no la pasó bien en ése pueblo, nunca fué aceptada, pero ella era autoritaria y actuaba según lo dictaba la ley y no se dejaba sobornar ni manipular por nadie, tenía un carácter fuerte y era firme en sus decisiones y propósitos. Fué una juez muy profesional con ética y en sus decisiones , se mudó a una ciudad siguió avanzando en su carrera , llegó a ser magistrado de T.S.J.
Los cambios empezaron luego de que la mujer pudo tener derecho al voto y a poder estudiar, ya nadie las detuvo fueron asumiendo roles importantes en la sociedad, incursionando en el mundo laboral y ocupando plazas importantes, demostrado su capacidad y potencial de ser algo más que una ama de casa .
La mujer del siglo XXI son en la actualidad independientes, autónomas, empoderadas y valiosas capaces de tomar sus propias decisiones y de superar obstáculos que la misma sociedad les impone, ésa misma sociedad dominada por hombres .
