Saludos mis amigos de hive, espero que estén bien, una nueva semana inicia con un nuevo concurso que nos traen las damas de hive, Ladies of Hive Community Contest #105, para esta semana me atrevo a reflexionar sobre el principio rector o mantas que m acompañan día a día, propuesta hecha por @ifarmgirl.
Un mantra es una frase o palabra sagrada que se recita más que todo en la meditación, para los Católicos sería invocar o alabar a Nuestro Padre Supremo Dios .
Greetings my friends from Hive, I hope you are well, a new week begins with a new contest that the ladies of Hive bring us, Ladies of Hive Community Contest #105, for this week I dare to reflect on the guiding principle or blankets that m accompany a day to day, proposal made by @ifarmgirl.
A mantra is a sacred phrase or word that is recited more than anything in meditation, for Catholics it would be to invoke or praise Our Supreme Father God.

Yo soy un persona católica fiel creyente en Dios y creo que mis mantas lo ejerzo a través de la oración, el rosario, al persignarme y con gratitud

I am a faithful Catholic person who believes in God and I believe that I exercise my blankets through prayer, the rosary and by making the sign of the cross and Gratitude
Oración : cuando abrimos nuestro corazón y hablamos con Dios expresamos sentim
Está es una oración poderosa a la que le tengo mucha Fé.
El Padre nuestro
Padre nuestro que estás en el cielo,
santificado sea tu nombre,
venga tu reino,
hágase tu voluntad en la tierra como en el cielo.
Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada día.
Perdónanos nuestros pecados, así
como también nosotros perdonamos a los que nos ofenden.
no nos dejes caer en tentación,
y líbranos del mal

Prayer : when we open our hearts and talk to God we express true feelings, for me prayer is very important, it is almost like food, praying for me, for my family and for the world.
This is a powerful prayer that I have a lot of faith in.
Our father
Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy name,
your kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins, so
as we also forgive those who offend us.
lead us not into temptation,
and deliver us from evil

El rosario : creo que el rosario es un mantra poderoso para los católicos,nos permite afianzar nuestra Fé a través de cada misterio,que narra la vida, muerte y resurrección de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
Cuando hacemos un rosario estamos orando en comunión con Nuestra Virgen María elegida por Dios, quien fue una discípula, generosa y fiel a sus mandatos, los católicos acogemos a la Madre de Jesús en nuestros hogares y en nuestro corazones.
Cuando realizamos un rosario, nos sentimos en comunión con ella, rezamos con ella y para ella.
The rosary I believe that the rosary is a powerful mantra for Catholics, it allows us to strengthen our Faith through each mystery, which narrates the life, death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
When we make a rosary we are praying in communion with Our Virgin Mary chosen by God, who was a disciple, generous and faithful to her mandates, we Catholics welcome the Mother of Jesus in our homes and in our hearts.
When we perform a rosary, we feel in communion with her, we pray with her and for her.
Persignarme : es una costumbre que tengo de toda la vida, cuando me siento angustiada- , ansiosa, asustada, felíz, al levantarme,al acostarme,al salir de la casa, para bendecir y bendecirme .
Persignarse es sencillo se hace en forma de Cruz señalando con la mano derecha decimos en el nombre del Padre del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo, las tres divinas personas que constituyen un sólo Dios.
Crossing myself : it is a habit that I have throughout my life, when I feel distressed, anxious, scared, happy, when I get up, when I go to bed, when I leave the house, to bless and bless myself.

Gratitude : It is the greatest expression of love, by giving thanks we multiply the blessings, I thank God and the universe daily, for my life, my family and what surrounds me. When you give thanks three times we are grateful for what you are, for what you have and for what is to come, decreeing abundance and prosperity in your life Thank you, thank you, thank you
Estas cuatro costumbres son mis guías y mi refugio, me acompañan a diario, me acercan más a Dios, reafirman mi Fé, me llena de esperanza y me hacen sentir bendecida.
These four customs are my guides and my refuge, they accompany me daily, they bring me closer to God, they reaffirm my faith, they fill me with hope and they make me feel blessed.
