Bienvenidos a mi participación en el concurso semanal Observa Piensa Escribe, como siempre una propuesta del amigo @lanzjoseg, cada semana nos pone a dar rienda suelta a nuestra imaginación con la ayuda de una imagen.

Welcome to my entry in the weekly contest Observe Think Write, as always a proposal from our friend @lanzjoseg, who each week challenges us to unleash our imagination with the help of an image.

Bienvenidos a Upata, en el corazón del estado Bolívar, una ciudad pintoresca lleno de paisajes naturales, valles verdes fértiles, escenario de lucha, triunfo y dominio de los Ilustes Próceres Bolívar, Piar y Mariño.
Si vienes de visita hay muchos sitios que te van a enamorar el Cerro de la Virgen una vista espectacular o sus maravillosas colinas, pero si solo vas de paso en cada kilómetro el viajero encuentra escusas para bajarse, relajarse y activar los sentidos, ese olor a queso recién hecho que emana por dondequiera, sin obviar, los fritos, carne en vara y la mía la cachapa, mucho estómago y algo de dinero eso si se va a necesitar.

Welcome to Upata, in the heart of Bolívar State, a picturesque city full of natural landscapes, fertile green valleys, and the stage for the struggle, triumph, and dominion of the illustrious heroes Bolívar, Piar, and Mariño.
If you're visiting, there are many places that will charm you, such as the Cerro de la Virgen (Hill of the Virgin) with its spectacular views, or its marvelous hills. But if you're just passing through, every kilometer offers the traveler an excuse to stop, relax, and awaken their senses: the aroma of freshly made cheese wafting everywhere, not to mention the fried foods, the meat on a stick, and my personal favorite, the cachapa. A big appetite and some money are definitely necessary.

Sin llegar a Guasipati tienes la oportunidad de ver el proceso de elaboración del queso telita, sin mitos puras realidades, también habrás probado una gran variedad de quesos no solo telita, duro, semiduro, guayanes, de mano y mozzarella, los comerciantes a orilla de carretera todos te ofrecen degustacion, pruebas y compras nadie se puede resistir.
Seguramente te haces team de una pareja ideal catalina y queso telita nacieron para estar juntos lo diferente atrae y ellos lo saben dulce y salado en un solo bocado y como si fuera poco no puedes dejar de llevar tus souvenir comestibles claro, para llevarle a tu familia como el turrón de coco, empaditasas dulce, catalinas o una María luisa, como prueba de que pasaste en sentido presente por Upata una ciudad con sentido, corazón, historia y arraigo donde nadie pasa sin observar con todos los sentidos.

Without even reaching Guasipati, you have the opportunity to witness the process of making Telita cheese—no myths, just pure reality. You'll also have the chance to sample a wide variety of cheeses, not just Telita, but also hard, semi-hard, Guayanés, de Mano, and mozzarella. The vendors along the roadside all offer tastings, samples, and purchases; no one can resist. You'll surely find yourself drawn to the perfect pairing of Catalina and Telita cheese—they were made for each other. Different is appealing, and they know it: sweet and savory in a single bite. And as if that weren't enough, you can't leave without taking home some edible souvenirs, of course, to bring back to your family, like coconut nougat, sweet empanadas, Catalinas, or a María Luisa pastry, as proof that you truly experienced Upata, a city with meaning, heart, history, and deep roots, where no one passes through without observing with all their senses.
