THIS MIGHT BE USEFULL IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

Howdy guys !!! as I promise to you @hivepets @ahmetay @sirenahippie @yolimarag @luueetang @alina97 @lorenaconversa @blessed-girl @desireeart @rakel1406 @marlynmonth , today Im going to tell you step by step how to cure or heal your Tortoises from the disease or a simply to maintain the health of your Tortoises. Yes this might be sounds for a specific illness but no.. These will apply to any other illness that your Tortoise might be posesed.

But before I want you to know the firsty first of these steps always started by simply NOT PANICKING, it only make it worse. So I want you guys to treat this as it should be treated, it does use a medical stuff, and it does take time to processing, this is not a simply hippie dippie move based on "natural medicine" or even not based on spell with a magic wand. So I hope you guys able to do the responsibility as a logical person, understand to know the line and the level of the illness.

Ok the common thing of the Tortoise keeper problem is digesting problem, either it eventually become a bladderstone (petrification), diarrhea, or simply he can't pooping. Believe or not those three are deadly like a serious illness for Tortoise, open your google do your research even respiratory come in third place. The main reason of those three actually so simple guys.. the drink and the food thats all. Im not doing wild accusation here for the keeper accusing them not propherly keep the pet but I just want you guys know it especially a baby Tortoise commonly do something stupid such as basking under the lamp too long and forget to drink the water, or eating too many pellets, or simply the apetite went off each day.

Those three drugs (reptoboost, immuno, rept-stone) are mainly use for the medical treatment, unless reptoboost that can use daily (but still I dont recommend apply it like that). Im going to ecplain step by step and also Im going to explain the use of each medicine.

As you can see u have to open the capsule for the powder to come out, mix it with 250 ml water (depends on the drug) and then use it exactly as the picture had showed you. I always use warmth water so it won't shock the Tortoise and also it helps them relax. Each drugs/suplement that come with the powder form commonly used like this. Remember guys, these are Tortoise dont make them swim like a dolphin okay.

Here is my own way to notice them wether they sick or not.

IF HE WAS IN THE DIGESTING PROBLEM the signs are pretty common, bask them under the sun with the water with other (separate) Tortoise and see the poop, if the other Tortoise pooping while he still steady not release anything, this migh be a problem. Offcourse you have to check it at least two days in a row to make sure he was in bad condition. This one will affect to many area such as no apetite, or sleeping all day or pale face.

IF HE WAS IN THE RESPIRATORY PROBLEM you can simply check the nose is it have bubble or water on the nose or you can gently push the nose and he will show you reaction, if the reaction was kind of slow moving and his eyes swelling this might be the case.

IF HE WAS IN THE HYGIENE PROBLEM you can check your brain.

This is the Rept-stone. it contains cobalamin, sodium chloride, potasium chloride, folat acid and minerals. 4K (the Tortoise) have this Bladderstone problem recently because of his behaviour always bask under the lamp and not really like to drink. For you who don't know the Urates (white poop) doesnt neceseraly mean happen in every Tortoise, urates commonly produced by Desert Tortoise, so in case you have forest Tortoise and dont do urates please its normal.Urate that accumulates in the body will be petrified and is called bladderstone thats the main killer of the desert toroise. If you want to best result mix the powder also with the food so it helps from inside the Tortoise as well, personally I mix it with the water that about to mix with the pellets. Use it for three days to see the best result.

Also if you have this kind of problem stop feeding them with high fiber food for awhile.

This is Immunobiotic. It contain Oxytetracycline and multivitamin. This one minly use for respitory problem like I mention before or if he kind losing apetite. Bask them as well as i mentioned for straight 5 days for the best result.

and this Reptoboost. I use it as a supplement, I use it in the water dish and also this one the fastest blend drugs, I dont recommend to use it exesively even the sign told us to use it daily. This really help in case you just got your Tortoise arrive at your home, this one so useful for the "jet-lag" kind of stuff and also this one adds a propher energy to your Tortoises or any reptile.

This one called stone breaker, and this one for the food supplement, the problem of these kind of stuff it works several time in the beginning after a week they wont touch it anymore. Personally I apply this to the pellets or anything the crazy about to make sure they consume this one, this really help for the inside of your Tortoise but again I only applied 2 times a week.

I guess thats it guys, BUT REMEMBER what Nature provide will never be replace, I know it sounds stupid but almost other stuff that I mentioned seems work propherly only if you use it with the help of the sun blast. Also for the Rept-stone, Imuno biotic, Tortoise breaker doesn't seems sold overseas thats why I break it down to you the inggredient of the drugs, so you can check in your country as well any medicine that contain the same thing (Repto-boost made in UK so I guess you can get that one no matter you come from).

Prevention are the best option guys. ALWAYS. So make sure your pet don't have to do these steps in order to keep them healthy.

Oh ya guys, non of this stuff for the purpose of advertising or plug, non of that brands ever ever pay me. This post based on my concern for the reptile keeper in this Hive comunity.
