Gracias a Dios tuve un domingo relajado, disfrutando en familia, comiendo la torta del cumpleaños de mi sobrina Diana de los Úngeles, porque el inició de la semana estuvo bastante fuerte en lo referente a la parte laboral cuando el administrador del socio B de la empresa confundió colaboración con obligación, muchas veces hay personas que no entienden y no preguntan las responsabilidades que tiene cada quien en los puestos de trabajos y llegan a confundir el apoyo y colaboración que se les pueden brindar en determinado momento por las circunstancias país y piensan que le pueden dar órdenes a personas que no están bajo su supervisión y pretenden hasta gritar y faltar el respeto y es allí cuando chocan contra la pared de la dignidad.

Me encanta estar al aire libre
Puedo ser muy paciente, pero cuando rebasan mi paciencia puedo explotar y poner en su sitio a cualquiera que quiera faltarme el respeto, sin importar el cargo de esa persona, porque cuando somos profesionales con dignidad no permitimos el abuso de autoridad de nadie. El estar vivo nos hace hervir la sangre cuando estamos en ese tipo de situaciones y nos lleva a darle una dosis de ubicación. Si la dosis no surte efecto que suceda lo que Dios quiera de acuerdo a su plan.
I can be very patient, but when my patience is exceeded I can explode and put in place anyone who wants to disrespect me, regardless of the position of that person, because when we are professionals with dignity we do not allow the abuse of authority of anyone. Being alive makes our blood boil when we are in that kind of situation and leads us to give it a dose of location. If the dose does not take effect, let it happen according to God's plan.
Liberando estrés
Me gusta mi trabajo y siempre me esfuerzo por dar lo mejor de mi, para que la empresa salga adelante, pero esa actitud a veces es malentendida por algunas personas, que creen que pueden aprovecharse esa situación, pero a veces es bueno que sucedan algunas situaciones fuertes para que las relaciones laborales puedan mejorar, porque pueden suceder dos acciones, la primera que nos cambien de puesto y la segunda que entiendan que deben respetar, bueno siempre está la tercera y es la liquidación, pero laque sea siempre será que la situación en la cual nos encontrábamos, no tengamos miedo a los cambios.
I like my job and I always strive to give the best of me, so that the company goes ahead, but that attitude is sometimes misunderstood by some people, who believe that they can take advantage of that situation, but sometimes it is good that some strong situations happen so that labor relations can improve, because two actions can happen, the first that we change position and the second that they understand that they must respect, well there is always the third and is the liquidation, but laque is always that the situation in which we were, we are not afraid of change.
Por ello al terminar la tarde hicimos bastante para lograr caminar media hora y así liberar un poco del estrés ocasionado por la situación laboral que estoy viviendo. Pero es una lucha que debo dar, para seguir vivo y feliz es necesario pelear por nuestros derechos y por los proyectos que queremos realizar y siempre debemos enfrentar y confrontar a los responsables directos que puedan dar soluciones, no podemos desgastarnos con trabajadores que no tienen poder de decisión.

Todo es más sencillo cuando abrimos los ojos y sabemos que podemos vivir fuera de nuestra zona de confort, porque muchas veces el patrono se aprovecha de que los trabajadores le temen al cambio o a salir de sus zonas de confort, pero en ocasiones es mejor enfrentar el cambio dándole un palo a la vaca y buscar otras formas de producción. La vida está para aprender y avanzar, buscando siempre nuestra felicidad. Gracias Dios por darme claridad y llevarme de acuerdo a tú plan.
Everything is easier when we open our eyes and know that we can live outside our comfort zone, because many times the employer takes advantage of the fact that workers are afraid of change or to leave their comfort zones, but sometimes it is better to face change by giving a stick to the cow and look for other forms of production.
