Pensando en los días del amor y la amistad, me motivé y propuse realizar un proyecto en macramé, pero diferente de lo que había hecho anteriormente. Digo diferente porque este es un nudo y tejido que no había realizado antes, de igual modo, este es un poco complicado para realizar. Así que me tocó experimentar para poder aprenderlo y manejarlo con facilidad para ponerlo en práctica. Al principio tuve que deshacer el tejido varias veces porque no me gustaba su acabado y a la hora de la presentación se vería feo, y no atrayente al público, al comprador o al que le podía regalar esta prenda. Al final de varios intentos lo pude lograr.

Thinking about the days of love and friendship, I got motivated and decided to do a macramé project, but something different from what I had done before. I say different because this is a knot and weave that I had never done before, and it is a little complicated to do. So I had to experiment in order to learn it and be able to do it easily. At first, I had to undo the weave several times because I didn't like the finish and it would look ugly when presented, and not appealing to the public, the buyer, or whoever I might give this garment to. After several attempts, I finally succeeded.

Para empezar, tomas tu cinta métrica y el hilo chino y mides tres hebras de 50 cm, las cuales vas a colocar en tu tabla de trabajo y vas a sostener con tirro o cinta; estos van a ser los hilos centrales del proyecto.

Preparation:

To begin, take your measuring tape and Chinese thread and measure three 50 cm strands, which you will place on your workboard and secure with string or tape; these will be the central threads of the project.

Luego mides 2 hebras de 100 cm, que son los hilos anuladores, que también hay que colocarlos, uno de cada lado; pero antes debes dejar 12 centímetros que son los que se van a dejar para el cierre de la pulsera de ambos lados. Igual colocar cinta de modo que no se salga y pisar con tu gancho de tu tabla de trabajo, si no se hace así echaría a perder todo el tejido.

After this process, the next step is to thin out all the ends by burning them with the lighter so that you can insert your beads more easily. Depending on the size of the bracelet, I used around 25 to 30 stones on each side.

Nuevamente, vuelves a tejer 2 vueltas como la anterior, colocas tus tres perlas o piedras que deses por cada tejido hasta llegar a la medida que deseas.

Luego cierras la pulsera colocando un abalorio a cada hilo, al final para decorar realizas un nudo, corta lo sobrante y sellas con un yesquero, este procedimiento lo haces en todos los hilos en sus puntas. Luego realizas el cierre con un nudo plano y listo.

Then close the bracelet by placing a bead on each thread. Finally, to decorate, make a small knot, cut off the excess, and seal it with a lighter. Repeat this procedure on all the threads at their ends. Then make the closure with a flat knot, and you're done.

Me emocioné tanto con este modelo que con los mismos pasos, realicé dos pulseras más con cristales y balines.
