Este domingo 16 de noviembre Dios me dio la dicha de vivir una nueva etapa en mi vida: mi Cumpleaños. Siento que el Universo tiene guardado para mí un propósito y objetivo positivo. Ante todo le pido tener mucha salud, ya que es lo más relevante e importante para cumplir con mis sueños. Es por esto que lo celebré como el mejor regalo que Dios me ha dado y lo valoré con todo mi corazón y alma. Considero que con cada cumpleaños, cada persona comienza un nuevo ciclo de vida de 365 días: desde la fecha de su aniversario hasta el nuevo Cumpleaños del año siguiente, que debemos vivir a plenitud, tratando de cumplir las metas y objetivos trazados.
This Sunday, November 16, God gave me the joy of experiencing a new stage in my life: my birthday. I feel that the universe has a positive purpose and goal in store for me. Above all, I ask for good health, as it is the most relevant and important thing for fulfilling my dreams. That is why I celebrated it as the best gift God has given me and cherished it with all my heart and soul. I believe that with each birthday, each person begins a new 365-day cycle of life: from their anniversary date to their next birthday, which we must live to the fullest, striving to achieve the goals and objectives we have set for ourselves.
El lugar de encuentro fue en la escuela de filosofía y misticismo, de la cual formo parte, a la que asistimos todos los domingos a practicar ejercicios de relajación, meditación y a escuchar y participar en charlas y conversatorios sobre ese tipo de temas. Ese día mi esposo me dio la gran sorpresa de llevar una torta para cantarme Cumpleaños y compartirla con los asistentes, lo cual me hizo sentir muy bien. Cuando llegué al lugar de encuentro, vi a todos sonriendo y me felicitaron, entregándome algunos regalos, tales como galletas, golosinas, refrescos y otros. Una amiga me entregó dos pares de lindos zarcillos, y me coloqué uno de ellos al momento de entregármelos.
The meeting place was at the school of philosophy and mysticism, of which I am a member, where we go every Sunday to practice relaxation and meditation exercises and to listen to and participate in talks and discussions on these types of topics. That day, my husband gave me a big surprise by bringing a cake to sing “Happy Birthday” to me and share it with the attendees, which made me feel very good. When I arrived at the meeting place, I saw everyone smiling and they congratulated me, giving me some gifts, such as cookies, candy, soft drinks, and other things. A friend gave me two pairs of beautiful earrings, and I put one of them on as soon as she gave them to me.
Una vez que me cantaron el Cumpleaños, repartimos la torta, los pasapalos, las galletas, los refrescos en un ambiente de alegría, armonía y fraternidad. De igual manera, se tomaron con el móvil algunas fotografías, tanto en el momento de cantarme Cumpleaños como durante la ocasión del compartir. Y entre risas y charlas pasamos un momento sumamente agradable.
Once they sang “Happy Birthday” to me, we shared the cake, snacks, cookies, and soft drinks in an atmosphere of joy, harmony, and brotherhood. We also took some photos with our cell phones, both when they sang “Happy Birthday” to me and during the celebration. And amid laughter and conversation, we had a very pleasant time.
Mi esposo también se sintió muy emocionado, al igual que las demás amistades. Esto me dio mucha alegría y satisfacción al haber compartido con esta gran familia. Estos ratos de compañerismo y felicidad los rememoré siempre.
My husband was also very moved, as were our other friends. This gave me great joy and satisfaction to have shared with this wonderful family. I will always remember these moments of companionship and happiness.
