La vida desde la perspectiva de un los niños
Los niños nos enseñan que deberíamos aprender a mirar las cosas como si las viéramos por primera vez
La mayoría de nosotros tenemos una idea de como afrontar la vida que es mas un constructo social, que algo que realmente tenga que ser asi. A medida que vamos creciendo, vamos perdiendo esa inocencia y esa capacidad de emocionarnos por cualquier cosa. Por ejemplo, un niño es capaz de entretenerse con cualquier cosa, donde el adulto ve un simple charco, un obstáculo en su camino, el niño por el contrario encuentra una fuente de diversión, y esta virtud tan genial es algo que los adultos deberíamos tomar como ejemplo de los mas pequeños, porque aunque creamos que nosotros somos los que debemos enseñarlos a ellos, la realidad es que de vez en cuando deberíamos detenernos y observar a los chiquitines y aprender un poco de su pragmática forma de ver las cosas, porque al final de cuento solo por ser adultos, no significa que nos las sabemos todas mas una.
Most of us have an idea of how to face life that is more of a social construct than something that really has to be that way. As we grow older, we lose that innocence and that ability to get excited about anything. For example, a child is capable of entertaining himself with anything, where the adult sees a simple puddle, an obstacle in his way, the child, on the contrary, finds a source of fun, and this great virtue is something that adults should take as an example of the little ones, because although we believe that we are the ones who should teach them, the reality is that from time to time we should stop and observe the little ones and learn a bit of their pragmatic way of seeing things, because at story ending just because we're adults doesn't mean we know them all plus one.
Los niños tienen la capacidad de asombrarse por todo, ven la vida de forma tan sencilla, tan simple. Le buscan la belleza a todo. Hasta una simple hoja, un simple animalito, un gesto, una risa, todo les sorprende y lo ven como algo impresionante, y lamentándolo mucho esa es una capacidad que vamos perdiendo cuando nos hacemos mas grandes y "maduros". Los niños tienen un corazón de oro, no tienen prejuicios, ellos solo saben dar sin esperar nada a cambio, el problema está cuando nosotros como adultos los llenamos de un montón de ideas y creencias que ya llevamos estigmatizadas.
Children have the ability to be amazed by everything, they see life in such a simple way, so simple. They look for beauty in everything. Even a simple leaf, a simple little animal, a gesture, a laugh, everything surprises them and they see it as something impressive, and regretting it very much, that is a capacity that we lose when we get older and "mature". Children have a heart of gold, they have no prejudices, they only know how to give without expecting anything in return, the problem is when we as adults fill them with a lot of ideas and beliefs that we have already stigmatized.
Dejemos de pensar tanto las cosas, de siempre tener miedo a ser niños nuevamente. Créanme que no hay nada mas reparador para nuestro cuerpo que jugar como un infante, nada despeja mas nuestra mente que reír a carcajadas, darle un respiro a nuestra alma con la felicidad que trae consigo volver a ser niño aunque sea por momentos. De algún modo darle rienda suelta a ese niño interior, cultivarlo día a día, dejar de reprimirlo y mantenerlo cautivo. No saben lo nutritivo que es este ejercicio. Por que a veces la felicidad nos hace ver lo sencillo de la vida, así como lo hacen los niños, que todo lo ven simple, con mucha ilusión e inocencia.
Let's stop thinking about things so much, always being afraid of being children again. Believe me, there is nothing more restorative for our body than playing like a child, nothing clears our minds more than laughing out loud, giving our soul a break with the happiness that comes with being a child again, even for moments. Somehow unleash that inner child, cultivate it day by day, stop repressing it and keep it captive. They do not know how nutritious this exercise is. Because sometimes happiness makes us see the simplicity of life, just as children do, who see everything simple, with great enthusiasm and innocence.
