Seventeen years: shared love [Eng/Esp]

It has been a few days since I last posted, and I want to share my joy with you. Monday was a special day because it marked seventeen years of life together with my husband.

Reaching that number fills me with happiness; there have been good times and not-so-good ones. Nevertheless, obstacles have been overcome with courage and perseverance, day after day.

I have tried to ensure that each year does not go unnoticed; I make an effort to be thoughtful and do something special to mark the occasion.

I went to lunch with my daughters at a place where we love how they prepare the roast chicken; I am always satisfied with the service whenever I go. The treat didn't end there; we went out for dinner again, but the place had no electricity—an everyday occurrence in my country.

We ate like that—all that mattered was being together; I had a great time with my family. See you soon...

Ha pasado unos días desde la última vez que publiqué,quiero compartir mi alegría con ustedes. El lunes fue un día especial, porque se cumplio diecisiete años de convivencia junto a mi esposo.

El llegar a ese número me llena de felicidad, han sido momentos buenos y no tanto. Sin embargo, se ha superado los obstáculos con valentía y perseverancia cada día.

He tratado que cada año no pase desapercibido, intento ser atenta con algo especial para conmemorar la celebración.

Fuimos a almorzar con mis hijas a un lugar que nos encanta como preparan el pollo asado; siempre que voy quedo satisfecha con la atención.El homenaje no terminó aquí, en la cena salimos nuevamente a comer, pero en el lugar no había luz, situación cotidiana en mi país.

Comimos así, solo importaba el estar juntos, la pase genial junto a mi familia.
