Hello, Hive Commnunity!

Me uno a esta dinámica iniciativa propuesta por la amiga @cami.rojas en la cual nos invita a responder una serie de preguntas relacionadas con la navidad.

I join this dynamic initiative proposed by my friend @cami.rojas in which she invites us to answer a series of questions related to Christmas.

1| Esta Navidad, ¿Qué extrañaras?// This Christmas, what will you miss?

Extrañaré el compartir con toda la familia con mi esposo que está en otro país. Muchos familiares fuera de Venezuela que es mi país y serán muchos momentos de nostalgia al recordar todos los que han migrado.

I will miss sharing with all the family with my husband who is in another country. Many relatives outside of Venezuela which is my country and there will be many moments of nostalgia remembering all those who have migrated.

2| ¿Cuándo piensas en la navidad, qué persona te viene a la mente?//When you think of Christmas, which person comes to mind?

Mi esposo lo extraño porque está fuera del país. Y este mes es un mes de union familiar.

My husband I miss him because he is out of the country. And this month is a month of family togetherness.

3| ¿Qué tanto de tu navidad compartirás en Hive?//How much of your Christmas will you share in Hive?

Con Hive he compartido mi navidad desde que estoy en la plataforma. Primero porque vivo encerrada y vivo publicando mis contenidos es una manera de hacer la vida más llevadera y no pensar tanto. Hive me sirve de catarsis.

With Hive I have shared my Christmas since I've been on the platform. First, because I live locked up and live publishing my content is a way to make life more bearable and not to think so much. Hive is a catharsis for me.

4| ¿Cómo van los planes decorativos en tu casa?//How are the decorating plans going in your home?

Tenemos por tradición en la época decembrina decorar la casa y lo hacemos desde comienzo del mes de diciembre. Por lo tanto esta lista la decoración.

We have a tradition during the Christmas season to decorate the house and we do it since the beginning of December. Therefore we are ready to decorate.

5| En tú familia les gusta realizar cena o simplemente reunirse?//Does your family like to have dinner or just get together?

Es tradición cenar en familia y nos reunimos, ambas cosas hacemos.

It is tradition to have dinner as a family and we get together, both of which we do.

6| ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de la época navideña?//What is your favorite thing about the holiday season?

Me gustan muchas cosas por ejemplo: la comida el plato navideño, el tradicional dulce de lechosa, la torta negra, y las gaitas. Todo lo relacionado con la época navideña me gusta.

I like many things for example: the food, the Christmas dish, the traditional milky sweet, the black cake, and the bagpipes. I like everything related to the Christmas season.

7| ¿Cuál es la palabra más navideña que conozcas?//What is the most Christmas-like word you know?

Una de las palabras navideñas que más conozco es la gaita.

One of the Christmas words I know best is the bagpipe.

8| La navidad para ti, ¿desde qué fecha comienza?// Christmas for you, from what date does it start?

La navidad para mi comienza desde los últimos días de noviembre, comienzo del mes de diciembre.

For me, Christmas begins in the last days of November, the beginning of December.

9| ¿Eres de autoregalos?//Are you a self-gifter?

Si me encanta autoregalarme y si es algo que necesito mejor aún.

I love to give myself gifts and if it's something I need, even better.

10| ¿Cuál es tu mensaje de navidad para la comunidad de Hive?//What is your Christmas message to the Hive community?

Le deseo a toda la gran familia #Hive mucho éxito y que en sus corazones reine el amor, la paz, la esperanza, la reconciliación y como familia que somos mantengamos la unión familiar sin distinción alguna de raza, credo, sexo, color, idioma, y que cada dia practiquen la gratitud y den gracias a Dios por las cosas más simples de la vida y por muy pequeñas que sean.

I wish all the great #Hive family much success and that in their hearts reigns love, peace, hope, reconciliation and as a family we maintain family unity without distinction of race, creed, sex, color, language, and every day practice gratitude and give thanks to God for the simplest things in life and however small they may be.
