Feliz día amigos, las ensaladas siempre son un complemento ideal para nuestras comidas y porque no, también son excelentes con plato principal.
El día de hoy he preparado una rica ensalada, similar a la ensalada Cesar, donde en lugar de pan agregué mini nugget de pollo aprovechando que me ha quedado un poco de la preparación de mi receta anterior.
Lo que quiere decir que la proteína la tenemos incluida en la ensalada, combinándola con las múltiples beneficios de las legumbres que componen esta rica receta.

Today I have prepared a delicious salad, similar to the Caesar salad, where instead of bread I added mini chicken nuggets, taking advantage that I have left a little of the preparation of my previous recipe.

- Mezcla para hacer Nugget.
- Maíz.
- Aguacate.
- Lettuce.
- Tomato.
- Cucumber.
- Nugget mix.
- Corn.

Preparación//Preparation
Lo primero que haremos será formar los mini nugget y freírlos hasta cocinar por ambos lados. Reservamos.

Luego de lavar y desinfectar muy bien cortamos el tomate y el pepino en cuadros muy pequeños y los colocamos en un bol.

Cortamos en tiras la lechuga y el aguacate en trozos pequeños unimos con el tomate y el peino, mezclamos bien.
