Feliz y bendecido martes, queridos compañeros de la comunidad de Foodies Bee Hive 👩🏼‍🍳, un gusto y un placer saludarles hoy una ocasión especial, celebrando el día del amor y la amistad, en esta oportunidad les mostraré como prepare unos deliciosos palitos de yuca frito, son ideales para Pasapalos y compartir con la familia y amigos en celebraciones, esta forma de prepararla rinde bastante, queda crujiente y es muy fácil, seguro les encantará.

Deliciosos Palitos de Yuca, para Pasapalos 🤎🥢

Ingredientes

500 gr de yuca
Sal
Aceite vegetal

Paso a paso

Paso 1

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es lavar y retirar toda la concha de la yuca y luego volvemos a lavar muy bien.

The first thing we are going to do is wash and remove all the cassava shell and then we wash again very well.

Paso 2

Seguido de ello, procedemos a colocar en una olla suficiente agua con sal a gusto y llevamos a fuego, cuando hierva agregamos la yuca y cocinamos hasta que esté blanda, dejar enfriar, luego procedo a cortar la yuca en palitos de aproximadamente 6x1 cm, reservamos.

Following this, we proceed to place enough water with salt to taste in a pot and bring to a boil, when it boils add the cassava and cook until soft, let it cool, then proceed to cut the cassava into sticks of approximately 6x1 cm, reserve .

Paso 3

Después ponemos a calentar una sartén, agregamos el aceite y luego incorporamos la yuca, freímos bien por ambos lados, hasta que tome color dorado, retirar del fuego, dejar escurrir y listo para servir y degustar.

Then we heat a frying pan, add the oil and then add the cassava, fry well on both sides, until it turns golden, remove from the heat, let it drain and ready to serve and enjoy.
