Feliz tarde, cómo están hoy amigos de Foodies Bee Hive? Es un gran placer saludarles y compartir con todos ustedes, para esta oportunidad les deseo mostrar como prepare un Delicioso cioso almuerzo, ademas de fácil y rápido, el bistec lo cortaremos en forma de tiras salteadas con cebolla y Pimentón y el arroz es clásico blanco, es de los más comunes pero también del que más gusta en casa.

Happy afternoon, how are you friends of Foodies Bee Hive today? It is a great pleasure to greet you and share with all of you, for this opportunity I want to show you how I prepare a delicious lunch, as well as easy and fast, the steak will be cut into strips sautéed with onion and paprika and the rice is classic white. It is one of the most common but also the most liked at home.

Arroz con Tiras de Carne de Res Salteadas 🧅🥩🌶️

Ingredientes

300 gr de bistec
1 cebolla morada
1/4 de pimentón rojo
2 granos de ajo
1 cucharada de aceite
2 tazas de arroz
Sal a gusto

Rice with Sautéed Beef Strips🧅 🥩🌶️

Ingredients

300 grams of steak
1 red onion
1/4 of red paprika
2 grains of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
2 cups of rice
Salt to taste

Paso a paso

Paso 1

Cómo primer paso vamos a preparar el arroz, para ello lo lavamos 2 veces, escurrimos muy bien el agua, colocamos en una olla con 4 tazas de agua y sal a gusto, llevamos a fuego medio, cuando el agua seque, bajamos el fuego y tapamos, cocinamos hasta que el arroz termine de ablandar, retirar del fuego y listo para servir.

Step 1

As a first step we are going to prepare the rice, for this we wash it 2 times, we drain the water very well, we place it in a pot with 4 cups of water and salt to taste, we take it to medium heat, when the water dries, we lower the heat and cover, cook until the rice finishes softening, remove from heat and ready to serve.

Paso 2

Después vamos a preparar la carne, para ello, vamos a cortar en forma de tiras el bistec, lo haremos de aproximadamente 1cm de ancho, condimentamos con sal y ajo rallado, unimos muy bien.

Step 2

Then we are going to prepare the meat, to do this, we are going to cut the steak into strips, we will make it approximately 1 cm wide, season with salt and grated garlic, combine very well.

Paso 3

Luego vamos a cortar en juliana la cebolla morada y Pimentón.

Step 3

Then we are going to julienne cut the red onion and paprika.

Paso 4

En este paso calentamos una sartén, agregamos el aceite y luego incorporamos la cebolla y pimentón, sofreímos por 2 minutos, luego agregamos la carne, removemos y cocinamos hasta que esté bien cocida, retirar del fuego y servimos con el arroz.

Step 4

In this step we heat a frying pan, add the oil and then add the onion and paprika, fry for 2 minutes, then add the meat, stir and cook until well cooked, remove from the heat and serve with the rice.
