Buenas noches, como están amigos, amantes de las fotografías? para esta oportunidad les vengo a mostrar estás hermosas fotografías de la Iglesia Nuestra Señora de Santa Ana, en la cual sus fiestas se celebran el 26 de Junio de cada año.

Good evening, how are you friends, photography lovers? For this opportunity I come to show you these beautiful photographs of the Nuestra Señora de Santa Ana Church, in which its festivities are celebrated on June 26 of each year.

Está ubicada en la población de Santa Ana, en el municipio Gómez al norte de la Isla de Margarita, está construcción data del año de 1748, fue proclamada Monumento Histórico Nacional, decretado en gaceta oficial número 25301, el 8 de marzo de 1957.

It is located in the town of Santa Ana, in the Gómez municipality to the north of the Isla de Margarita, this construction dates from the year 1748, it was proclaimed a National Historic Monument, decreed in official gazette number 25301, on March 8, 1957.

La placa que está justo en la entrada de la iglesia, tiene una breve reseña de lo que sucedió allí el 6 de mayo de 1816, dónde se realizó una asamblea con expedicionarios de Haití y el pueblo margariteño y en este eligieron al Libertador Simón Bolívar, como jefe supremo de la República y el General Santiago Mariño el segundo a mando, naciendo desde allí la tercera República.

The plaque that is right at the entrance of the church, has a brief overview of what happened there on May 6, 1816, where an assembly was held with expeditionaries from Haiti and the people of Margarita and in this they elected the Liberator Simón Bolívar, as supreme head of the Republic and General Santiago Mariño the second in command, born from there the third Republic.
