Green Smoothie for breakfast ๐Ÿ˜›

Then massive online day. Wrote a couple of posts with lots of formatting and such.

Lost one- of course, the longer one.

Had to stop for a while. Put on my shoes and walked for a few miles in the garden. Back and forth and forth and back ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Kids are doing better and 3 in the fam all had the same symptoms- we are leaning towards stomach flu, not CoVid. Still going to isolate for the 2 weeks...
and, according to news, the tests are running out once again...

Burning ship only got the air messed up for a few hours in the afternoon.

Little after 10 but still doing good ๐Ÿ˜œ

I think it is great you got out to walk it off and got 10k steps out of it ;D
Didn't realise that the kids had some sort of symptoms - glad it is stomach flu

Thank you so much!! Yes, we were a bit worried first that it might be covid. But all presenting with the same symptoms, we decided it is the stomach flu...

Wow! WTG on your steps. I am going to get back into the Actifit scene as well, but if I make 5000 steps, that will be a good day haha. We will see. I am making it a point that I won't go to bed until I have done at least 5000 - even if I have to pace the house (not big - 25 steps at most each way lol)
Trying to get up and stretch and walk some every hour and when I get a phone call, I am pacing lol

Actually, that's a fantastic idea! I have some leg mobility issues so unfortunately, I am not always able to walk real far at a time. (It depends on the day & how I feel.) BUT there are others way to get that 5000 steps as you said. I keep telling myself I am going to start back up but the online stuff takes a lot of my time so maybe I will do what you're doing - get up and stretch, etc. That will be healthier for me, anyways lol Thanks for sharing that & I have no doubt you will make your goals You Are Awesome! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’š

Yes, the online stuff takes a lot of time. I kind of ruined my body when I first got into Steem and was literally online 15 hours a day - if not more.

It is really important to get up and do something - or, if you can't get up, at least do some stretching...

Yes that can be the dangerous part - messing up your physical health. I have a leg issue so it's important I at least stand & stretch as well. My Actifit app is still waiting on my phone to be used... ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ

For me, it is motivational to set a goal... and to watch the activity add up. And don't forget arm activity as well. Doing arm circles, and other arm exercises are good for all of us computer people as well... And it adds to your activity count :)

You're so right! I am going to do just that :) I may not get as many steps as some, but I can definitely get a nice amount in for a day. Yes, it can be motivational.
