Cordiales saludos par todos los Hivers, deseándoles un feliz día. Hoy quiero contarles la afección que tengo desde hace dos meses en el pie izquierdo y es que me apareció o se me formo un Espolón calcáneo y una fascitis plantar.

Comienzo con el cuento, de como fue para ir al medico general a revisarme el pie. Tenia muchísimo dolor y aproximadamente como dos meses con esto y pues no aguante mas y decidí ir al medico, en el Ipasme, esta es la institución de salud donde nos atienden a nosotros los Profesores.

I begin with the story of how it was to go to the general practitioner to check my foot. I had a lot of pain and about two months with this and I could not stand it any longer and decided to go to the doctor, in Ipasme, this is the health institution where we teachers are attended.

Me vio el medico y me examino, me mando ha realizar una placa y que me tomara unas pastillas para el dolor. Me indico que volviera cuando ya me realizara el estudio..

The doctor saw me and examined me, ordered me to have an x-ray and to take some pills for the pain. He told me to come back when I had the test done.

Resulta que yo me regrese a casa muy pensativa, me acorde que unos años atrás me había dicho que tenia esto del espolón , pero como nunca había sentido la molestia de esto, no le tome atención y seguí mi vida tranquila.

It turns out that I went home very thoughtful, I remembered that a few years ago he had told me that I had this spur, but as I had never felt the discomfort of this, I did not pay attention to it and continued my life quietly.

Días después me mande ha realizar la placa o los Rx. Fui a la cruz roja porque allí todo es mas económico. Efectivamente me dan el resultado y el técnico radiólogo indica que tengo un espolón calcáneo y una fascitis plantar Aquí en los Rx pueden observarlo.

A few days later I had the x-rays or the X-rays done. I went to the Red Cross because everything is cheaper there. Indeed, they gave me the results and the radiologist indicated that I had a calcaneal spur and plantar fasciitis Here in the Rx you can see it.

El médico me sugiere, luego de observar la placa o Rx, que vaya al traumatólogo cuánto antes porque la molestia y el dolor era muy fuerte, casi ni podía caminar. Pero yo revisando y consultado por internet tambien con mis amistades, este tipo de afecciones la solución es la cirugía y leí que este tipo de espolón calcáneo se vuelve a reproducir con el tiempo ya ue es una protuberancia o especie de huesito que se forma por la acumulación de calcio en el organismo.

The doctor suggested me, after observing the x-ray or Rx, to go to the traumatologist as soon as possible because the discomfort and pain was very strong, I could hardly walk. But I checked and consulted on the internet and also with my friends, the solution for this type of condition is surgery and I read that this type of heel spur is reproduced over time as it is a protrusion or a kind of bone that is formed by the accumulation of calcium in the body.

Yo tome la decisión de ir después donde el traumatólogo y primero hacerme un remedio casero y que aquí se les voy a echar el cuento como lo hice.

Este remedio casero se hace en la noche. Y el modo de realizarlo es de la siguiente manera:

Lo primero que hice fue buscar una hoja de Nopal o Tuna y quitarle las espinas ya que posee gran cantidad de ellas.

Luego marcar la forma del pie con un marcador y con un exacto cortar para hacer la plantilla con la hoja de nopal. Seguidamente se pelar la parte de arriba de la plantilla que es donde nuestro pie va hacer contacto con la savia de la hoja.

Then mark the shape of the foot with a marker and with an exacto cut to make the template with the nopal leaf. Then peel the top part of the template which is where our foot will make contact with the sap of the leaf.

Procedemos a azar la hoja en el fogón a fuego bajo por los dos lados e inmediatamente colocarse la plantilla en la planta del pie afectado; seguidamente ponerse una media y dejarse esto hasta el día siguiente es decir dormir con esto toda la noche.

We proceed to put the leaf on the stove over low heat on both sides and immediately place the insole on the sole of the affected foot; then put on a sock and leave it on until the next day, i.e. sleep with it all night.

EL día siguiente en la mañana observaras como la plantilla de la hoja de nopal esta seca, el pie ha absorbió completamente la savia y para terminar el proceso se coloca al sol hasta que se seque la plantilla.

Aquí pueden observar como la plantilla de nopal o tuna ya esta seca completamente luego de ocho días hecho el remedio.
