Bienvenidos de nuevo a mi Blog, en esta oportunidad voy a participar de una iniciativa la cual fue creada por la amiga @damarysvibra y se trata del tema de ¿Cómo cultivo la Amabilidad. Este tema me parece muy importante para ser humano y su interrelación con la sociedad.
Greetings to all Hivers, wishing you my most sincere energies and blessings. Welcome back to my Blog, this time I am going to participate in an initiative which was created by my friend @damarysvibra and it is about the topic of How to cultivate Kindness. This topic seems to me very important for human beings and their interrelationship with society.
Cuando nos referimos a la amabilidad puedo expresar que según mi opinión es un valor super importante que debe cultivar toda persona. Ser amable considero que es una cualidad de las personas, algunas piensan que es una moda, pero no lo es. Realmente esta asociado a ser cortes con los demás, esta relacionado con la sociedad a la cual pertenece. Ser amables nos ayuda a que nuestro entorno sea mas armónico.
When we refer to kindness I can express that in my opinion it is a super important value that every person should cultivate. Being kind I consider that it is a quality of people, some think it is a fashion, but it is not. It is really associated with being courteous to others, it is related to the society to which it belongs. Being kind helps us to make our environment more harmonious.
Me uní a esta iniciativa porque me encanta este tema, aquí les dejo mis respuestas a estas preguntas que mi amiga @damarysvibra formula sobre la amabilidad y la manera que cada uno de nosotros la cultivamos.
I joined this initiative because I love this topic, here are my answers to these questions that my friend @damarysvibra asks about kindness and the way each of us cultivate it.
¿Consideras que la gente es amable por naturaleza?|Do you consider people to be kind by nature?

La mayoría de la gente, considero que no es amable por naturaleza, sino que como dije anteriormente es un valor social y por tanto se aprende a ser amable y este valor se cultiva desde el hogar, la educación que nos dan nuestros padres desde los primeros años de vida. Pero por otro lado tambien viene con nuestros genes, intrínseco en nuestro ser.
Most people I consider that it is not natural to be kind, but as I said before it is a social value and therefore we learn to be kind, and this value is cultivated from home, the education that we are given from the first years of life. But on the other hand it also comes with our genes, intrinsic in our being.
¿Has tenido alguna experiencia donde la amabilidad de alguien te haya sorprendido?|Have you ever had an experience where someone's kindness surprised you?
Tengo muchas experiencias con esto y una de ellas es que en varias ocasiones, yo o alguno de mis seres queridos, hemos estado hospitalizado, gente que ni uno conoce le ofrecen ayudarte sin nada a cambio. También me ha pasado muchas veces cuando me he quedado accidentada con mi carro en la vía y aparecen personas que me han ayudado y hasta me prestan sus herramientas para arreglar en ese momento el carro. También en mis cumpleaños, personas que no conozco personalmente me felicitan. Otra ocasión que me sorprendió mucho fue el novio de mi prima, cuando hace poco yo me fracture un pie y necesitaba unas muletas para poder desplazarme y en ese momento no tenia el dinero para comprarlas, entonces este muchacho que yo realmente lo conocía poco me sorprendió cuando llego a casa con las muletas que necesitaba.
I have many experiences with this and one of them is that on several occasions, I or one of my loved ones, have been hospitalized, and people that you don't even know offer to help you without anything in return. It has also happened to me many times when I have had an accident with my car on the road and people appear to help me and even lend me their tools to fix the car at that moment. Also on my birthdays, people I don't know personally congratulate me. Another occasion that surprised me a lot was my cousin's boyfriend, when I recently broke my foot and I needed crutches to get around and at that time I didn't have the money to buy them, then this guy that I really didn't know very well surprised me when he came home with the crutches I needed.

¿Qué nos recomendarías para lograr ser más amables?|What would you recommend us to be kinder?

Yo les recomendaría que practiquen la empatía, que es ponerse en el lugar del otro. Tener confianza en si mismo, ser servicial y cortes, ayudar sobre todo a las personas de avanzada edad. En todo momento ser humildes, que no esta relacionado con pobreza aclaro. Una característica muy importante es siempre sonreír, transmitiendo alegría. La sencillez es otra cualidad, mirar siempre a los ojos de la otra persona. Sorprender con algún detalle, solidario y por encima de todo respetuoso.
I would recommend them to practice empathy, which is to put themselves in the other person's place. Be self-confident, be helpful and courteous, help especially the elderly. At all times be humble, which is not related to poverty. A very important characteristic is to always smile, transmitting joy. Simplicity is another quality, always look into the eyes of the other person. Surprising with some detail, supportive and above all respectful.
