EL amor propio esta lejos de ser egocentrico, es la base principal para impartir amor a los demás, poder amarnos genera bienestar fisico y mental pra nosotros.
Ámate y sientete bonito y bonita, quierete,consientete y brilla siempre ante cualquier adversidad, que la actitud con la que enfrentas los problemas no evita la dificultad pero si puede cambiar la situación desde nuestra capacidad de poder resolver y actuar. Amarte es la pieza clave para poder comunicarnos y sentirnos bien principalmente con nostros mismos.
