¡Feliz y hermoso domingo! El día de ayer tuve la oportunidad de visitar a un familiar, hace mucho tiempo que no iba a su casa y la verdad me sorprendió mucho la gran cantidad de plantas que tenía en su jardín, tenía muchas, grandes y pequeñas, de todos los colores, con flores, frutales, árboles frondosos y demás, realmente fue todo un espectáculo para mi poder ver con mis propios ojos tan increíble regalo de la naturaleza situado en un enorme jardín bien poblado y cuidado, como ya me conocerán no pude evitar la tentación y tomé algunas fotos pero especialmente a las plantas que más me gustaron y una vez que llegué a casa las investigué y conocí sus nombres, es por ello que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes esas fotos de tan lindas plantas y lo que aprendí sobre ellas, espero que les guste, sin más, ¡comencemos!

Yesterday I had the opportunity to visit a relative, I had not been to his house for a long time and the truth was that I was very surprised by the large number of plants he had in his garden, he had many, large and small, of all colors , with flowers, fruit trees, leafy trees and others, it really was quite a spectacle for me to be able to see with my own eyes such an incredible gift of nature located in a huge well-populated and well-kept garden, as you will already know me I could not avoid the temptation and I took some photos but especially of the plants that I liked the most and once I got home I investigated them and knew their names, that is why today I want to share with you those photos of such beautiful plants and what I learned about them, I hope that If you like it, without further ado, ¡let's start!
Apenas noté todas estas plantas no pude evitar sentirme maravillada por tanta belleza, las plantas ornamentales tenían flores y eran de diversos colores muy llamativos a la vista, así que aproveché el momento y comencé a capturar estas hermosas plantas y flores en fotografías que a continuación les comparto.
La primera que llamó mi atención fue una muy hermosa con un radiante color fucsia y textura aterciopelada, ya había visto en otras ocasiones esta planta pero hasta ahora no he tenido la mía propia, ayer conocí su nombre y es Borlón o también conocida como Cresta de gallo o Flor de terciopelo y es una planta originaria de regiones tropicales que puede alcanzar una altura de 40 a 60 cm de alto, las hay de diferentes colores y formas y todas ellas son hermosas, puede cultivarse tanto en interior como en exterior pero teniendo en cuenta que necesita mucha luz para poder vivir, se debe regar poco, solo lo suficiente para humedecer su suelo pero sin ahogarla y su reproducción es por medio de semillas, las cuales genera la misma flor.
As soon as I noticed all these plants I couldn't help but feel amazed by such beauty, the ornamental plants had flowers and were of various colors that were very striking to the eye, so I took advantage of the moment and began to capture these beautiful plants and flowers in photographs that I will show you below. I share.
The first one that caught my attention was a very beautiful one with a radiant fuchsia color and velvety texture, I had already seen this plant on other occasions but until now I have not had my own, yesterday I knew its name and it is Borlón or also known such as Cresta de gallo or Velvet flower and it is a plant native to tropical regions that can reach a height of 40 to 60 cm high, there are different colors and shapes and all of them are beautiful, It can be grown both indoors and outdoors, but taking into account that it needs a lot of light to be able to live, it should be watered little, just enough to moisten its soil but without drowning it, and its reproduction is by means of seeds, which generate the same flower.
Otra planta que vi y me gustó mucho fue una, o más bien tres llamadas Cóleos las tres pertenecen al mismo tipo de planta pero todas tienen colores diferentes además de la textura de sus hojas, sin embargo, la forma es básicamente la misma. Son plantas ornamentales especiales tanto para interior como exterior, sin embargo, necesitan de un ambiente cálido y fresco sin exceso de altas temperaturas, a su vez necesitan mucha luz y poca agua, no obstante se debe mantener el suelo húmedo para evitar que se sequen.
Another plant that I saw and I really liked was one, or rather three called Coleos the three belong to the same type of plant but they all have different colors in addition to the texture of their leaves, however, the shape is basically the same same. They are special ornamental plants for both indoors and outdoors, however, they need a warm and cool environment without excessive high temperatures, in turn they need a lot of light and little water, however the soil must be kept moist to prevent them from drying out.
La siguiente planta es una llamada Helecho de fuego , con hojas de un hermoso y fuerte tono morado oscuro y flores pequeñas amarillas, una combinación de colores muy llamativa, es una planta que necesita de luz solar directa y temperatura cálida para su florecimiento, esta planta es capaz de rotar su follaje en busca de la luz solar y en las noches sus hojas se cierran hasta la mitad produciendo en la planta una especie de temblor mientras esto sucede.
The following plant is called Fire fern, with leaves of a beautiful and strong dark purple tone and small yellow flowers, a very striking color combination, it is a plant that needs direct sunlight and warm temperatures for its growth. flowering, this plant is capable of rotating its foliage in search of sunlight and at night its leaves close halfway, producing a kind of tremor in the plant while this happens.
También había una linda planta en una maceta, esta era más pequeña pero tenía en ella una hermosa flor que llamó mucho mi atención, lleva por nombre Lazo de amor o Episcia cupreata, comprende más de 40 especies originarias de regiones tropicales, son plantas rastreras de tallos largos, sus flores pueden ser de muchos colores, se puede utilizar como planta de interior o exterior, necesita recibir suficiente iluminación pero no deber tener contacto directo con el sol y su riego debe ser frecuente.
There was also a nice plant in a pot, this one was smaller but it had a beautiful flower that caught my attention, it is called Lazo de amor or Episcia cupreata, it includes more than 40 native species from tropical regions, they are creeping plants with long stems, their flowers can be of many colors, they can be used as an indoor or outdoor plant, they need to receive sufficient lighting but should not have direct contact with the sun and their watering should be frequent.
Esta planta, llamada Violeta Africana se caracteriza por crecer en sentido horizontal y son un tipo de planta especialmente de interior, produce unas hermosas flores de 5 pétalos con textura aterciopelada, pese a su nombre las flores pueden ser también de color azul claro, púrpura o blanco, tal como en este caso.
This plant, called African Violet is characterized by growing horizontally and is a type of plant especially for indoors, it produces beautiful 5-petal flowers with a velvety texture, despite its name the flowers can also be blue clear, purple or white, just like in this case.
Por ultimo también vi esta linda flor, la cual todos conocemos vulgarmente como Putica pero su nombre real es Chavelita, son plantas ornamentales de exterior, sin embargo, durante climas templados es recomendable tenerlas en interior con suficiente exposición a la luz, es una planta inofensiva pero es importante mencionar que no se debe tocar el rostro luego de tener contacto con ella, posee unas hermosas flores de vibrantes colores, las hay en purpura, rosado, blanco, y rojizo-anaranjado.
Lastly, I also saw this beautiful flower, which we all know vulgarly as Putica but its real name is Chavelita, they are ornamental outdoor plants, however, during temperate climates it is advisable to have them indoors with enough exposure in the light, it is a harmless plant but it is important to mention that you should not touch your face after having contact with it, it has beautiful flowers of vibrant colors, there are purple, pink, white, and reddish-orange.
